Really nice people who answered all our questions.

The Staff members at the front desk are rude. I had went in to this office and one of the ladies was on her personal phone talking to someone and she had looked up and said, What? to me and I said I was there for an appointment. She held up her index finger and told me to hold on while she finished her phone call. I went in again a couple weeks later and I guess I had went in on their lunch break because a lady told me they were all on lunch and she would be with me after 1pm. Even though she was at the front desk not eating and she was just on her phone.
