We took our lawnmower in for repair. Ot wasnt self-propelling like it was supposed to anymore. They had it ready for us to pick up in about 24 hours!

Watermans picked up a Craftsman Riding Lawn Mower from my house on 3.4.2021 and I have called several times to get an update on the repairs and have yet to get a return call.

My husband could live in that place. They seem To have a little bit of everything there. I love to just go in and chat with the owners they are so nice to us. They are ALWAYS cheaper than anyone around and will go out of there way to help anyone! It’s been a long time since I’ve went to a store and received such good customer service. The owner is a husband and wife. The wife hand paints any and all kinds of statues and they are beautiful!

Ive been a long time customer of Watermans and never disappointed. They will NEVER try to sell you a part or repair that is not necessary and that makes for an excellent reputation and customer service. Honesty is the key word and very reasonable pricing is the vehicle!

Its really great to find a small-town kind of business in Indy. The folks I have interacted with were friendly and kind. They do good work, are very reasonable in price, and are just easy to work with. Working with people like this really reminds me of growing up in a small town!

Has all you need to fix any gas run machine.

Not happy in the least. I took my tractor in because it wouldnt start. Also, while it was in, I wanted the oil and filter changed. They told me it would be right around $100. If it was over that, they would call. They also said it would be 3-4 weeks. Fine. After 4 weeks, I stopped in. They told me they didnt know which one was mine. The wind had blown the repair tags off a few tractors. ok. A little over a week later, I get a call. Done. $225. Oh, there were some other things that we just went ahead and fixed. Didnt call for approval. Just decided on their own to go ahead and replace. I might have approved the replacements, but It should have been my choice. When I politely expressed my displeasure at this, I got the well, thats tough attitude. Ill never do business with them again, and strongly encourage others to go elsewhere.

Dont be fooled by the building. They have, or can get, every part. Very friendly people.

I took my Craftsman walk behind mower to them twice last year to fix the same problem...Mower would start but, ran terrible it surged a lot when running and blew out black exhaust.I took my other lawn mowers to them and they were able to fix them right off . I will be bringing all my small engines here .

Worst service ever i took my ridding mower in close to amonth ago when i took it there it was a monday they said they would let me no something by Wednesday or Saturday i still havent heard anything i called like a week in they didnt even no what mower was mine i will never go back now they wont even answer my phone call
