I’ve done business with Henthorns for over 40 years. Service has always been excellent. They always answer my sometimes silly questions and solve my problems.

Riding mower would keep stalling. The mower was supposed to be diagnosed, repaired, and a basic tune-up performed. The mower was held for two weeks, and when called for an update, was told parts were on order, when called again in another three weeks, was told there was nothing wrong with it, no parts would be replaced, and no additional service would be performed beyond the tune-up. After the expensive tune-up the mower again immediately began stalling. It was taken to another local shop, who correctly diagnosed and repaired the fuel delivery problem.

Closed and the business was taken over by quick lifts and North lafayette road

What a great place. Came in with an issue on a mower purchased elsewhere. Gene told me to bring it in and they would make adjustments to try to correct issue. William and his coworkers turned it around in a morning. Thanks so much. I will let you know if the fix worked. Great service. I will be back.

I highly recommend this place. They dont try to take advantage of you. They try to help you so you will be pleased and come back. Very affordable prices. The whole environment and Company are down-to-earth people.

They had my mower for months during covid crisis. Called once to say it would be late. I called on date they said it would be ready and they gave me another date. Didn’t meet that date either. Called many times when nobody even bothered to answer the phone. Do yourself a favor and find another vendor for this service.

Very polite and the know what they are doing. Great selection of equipment. They will take the time to explain things so you understant what they are talking about. They treat there customers with respect. I would highly recomend them. They go above and beyond to make things right.

They got everything you need to get you mower or zero turn fixed. If they dont have it they will recommend a place can help. Great place. Good people. I think the black cat silently actually runs the place lol. I recommend this place on Lafayette road. Get here!!!

I have been coming to Henthorn for over 20 years. They can take care if any mower and lawn equipment needs. They always give 1st class service. I came in today with an “emergency” with my lawn mower tire, and they took great care of me.

I was introduced to Henthorn’s by my dad years ago and when I recently bought my first home, I returned to get a mower and weed eater. The selection of equipment is great, and the staff is fantastic! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. William and Gene have helped me tons with selecting what fits my needs and with tips on using the equipment. Can’t recommend enough!

I needed to replace a blade and bolt on my lawnmower but didnt know the size. Ed suggested that I bring the lawnmower in to have it checked out. I was treated with much respect from the entire staff, but Ed really went out of his way to make sure that my used lawnmower was in good running condition. Most places Ive been in for some type of repairs would try to take advantage of me and sell me parts I didnt need, not this location. I will return in the near future to purchase parts and a new lawnmower.Thank you Ed for being so kind.

Got me fixed up quick on a throttle cable issue on my Honda push mower. Didnt take but 10 minutes, but they addressed my issue and told me to bring it back for service and not to worry about it this time. Ill be back for sure!

Great place, I was having carb issues with my mower. Instead of trying to sell me a new one($225). They found me a good used one. great place very helpful and had a lot of parts on hand.. will be back....

Took my Husqvarna self propelled mower here for warranty service. After about two weeks they called said my mower was ready. Ending up needed a new cylinder head. They also changed oil and sharpened the blade. Spent less than $20. Very friendly staff, had coffee and snacks. I will recommend and be back!

I recently called for a new carburetor for my Exmark that has been sitting for 4 years. I was told the price for a new carb and decided this wouldnt be an option for me. I called back for a rebuild kit and Ed answered the phone. Ed stated that the carb I had was indestructible and was made very well. He suggested bringing it in and hed put it in the ultra sonic cleaner. I picked up the carb within 2 hours and it worked perfect. Ed saved me over $200 on a new carb I didnt need. Some other shop might sell you the carb even though you dont need it. Ask for Ed when you visit this shop. Great customer service.
