I have used Weed Man services for 3 years. I have no complaints. They are excellent and have great customer service. Ive had to call them a few times and every time, the customer service has been fantastic. I used to live in Camby. They did a great job with weed control at a fair price. I moved to Brownsburg with an acre yard and really could not afford the price for that much weed control. However I am looking for an over seeding and decided to give them a call. Turns out they only provide that service to customers already in weed control program guess they dont need the business.

Our yard was in poor shape - with weeds and crabgrass. We tried taking care of it ourselves but couldn’t get it right. Our neighbor uses Weed Man so we decided to give it a shot. Now, our yard looks fantastic and we don’t get eaten alive by mosquitoes. Thank you Weed Man!

I appreciate the dedication to the Weed Man brand and their customers in terms of responsiveness. However, this company was too pushy, desperate, and abrasive when it comes to an estimate inquiry. Weed Man not only called me non stop for the past month but continued to call me after I took efforts to block their number. I do not appreciate that. They also had a representative come to MY HOUSE to try and get my business — thank goodness I was not home. I will never go with Weed Man or refer them to anyone.

They did a great job aerating and overseeding last year. It has thickened the lawn so nicely. The weed control has been excellent. In the several years I have used them, they have only had to come back out a couple times to reapply in trouble areas. They provide lawn care tips and helped me improve my sodded yard that was poorly cared for before I bought my house 9 yrs ago. It is affordable and it is a good investment in the exterior of your home. I think the formulations are better than what you can get in home improvement stores. Believe me, I tried for about 4 years to do it myself. I do my own mowing, trimming, and mulching. Weedman took over the complexities of my lawns fertilizing/weed control/aerating/ overseeding needs and the results in my yard bring me so much pleasure. I know as I sell my home the purchaser will appreciate what Weedman has done to beautify my humble abode. Thanks to Weedman.

Hired Weedman 2 years ago to revive lawn at a home I moved into. Lawn looks much better, however, grass could be thicker. Also, the weed prevention used keeps the weeds coming back.

We have used Weed Man for several properties for a few years. The lawns all thrived and we receive positive comments from the neighbors. Their email lawn care suggestions are on time and not flooding our inbox.

They know what theyre doing. I use to use the Big Company and I was never happy with my lawn. Weed Man has done an amazing job and my lawn has never looked better!!

So far I can say that this is a marketing company that is in the lawn business. They did my service last year and told me the weeds would be gone. They were not.... and are not!!! I had informed them many times, Im sure they have the data....but never followed through. An inspection from the supervisor was planed. NOPE! A special fall chemical to rid the violets. NOPE! I even asked the tech and never heard of such a process. A guarantee???? I have asked for my money back for last year, with the promise to hire them again this year for another chance. Well see if that happens. Hire the local company, that spends more time in the field working on grass and weeds, and less time marketing and making unfulfilled promises.

I did the fall aeration and overseed . The grass is up and looking good. Shane said this is very important to do since I choose not to do chemicals on my lawn and he is right ! Shane and Weed Man were very prompt to give me an estimate and to get the job done . Weedman also charged FAR LESS than the company that mows my lawn was going to charge . I am very happy with Weed Man !

I got with Weedman in 2014 when I bought my property and they did an amazing job. The yard was very bad and been very busy at work, there was no time for me to take care of the yard. They came to the rescue and I am glad they did!

Think twice before you hire them! I hired them over a month ago and made a big mistake. The guy that came out and sprayed on the first visit actually did the wrong yard, he switched up the orders and my yard ended getting what someone elses yard had ordered. I had given in detail what not to do, as we had already done plantings. Needless to say none of that was followed and their service ended up killing all of those plants as well as some of the new grasses. After I phoned to speak to someone about the problem, I was assured I would receive a call back from a manager. Guess what? No call back from them! and to this day nothing, Ive turned them into the BBB and anywhere else I can think of, for a new company to operate this way, they better think again. Beware!

I was skeptical at first because I always take care of my yard myself. And always get compliments about my yard from neighbors and friends. Weedman has gone further then what I could do. And freed up a lot of time so I can go boating or spend time with my new grandkids.When I’ve had a issue with a tough area because of heavy rain. Very responsive. If its not right they do what they can to fix it. I gave 4 instead of 5 because I sometimes have to point out issues I think the technicians should notice on their on but are quick to suggest add on services.

Ive been using Weedman for a few years, and they did a decent job for the first two years. This past year, however, has been awful. I tried giving them another season to prove themselves but it keeps getting worse. Tomorrow I will be calling to cancel.Last year the crab grass control wasnt applied in time, so we ended up with a bumper crop. Then the aeration/overseeding that they did resulted in at best a 20% germination rate.I had been noticing that their fertilizer/weed control visits had become incredibly quick - they were leaving within 10 minutes of arriving at my house each time. On the last visit I kept an eye on both workers and noticed that they took one pass around the perimeter of the lawn with the broadcast spreader, and then left. That was money well spent!No wonder we are seeing more weeds and no improvement in the lawn.

Dumbest company in the world. When I originally called call they did not call me back tried for two years. On the 3rd year they finally answered and came to our house. Then said they could not do my yard. What a waste of everyones time. Would you believe every year. I get two post cards asking me for my business. LOL

Go elsewhere they don’t care they just want your money. They took money out of my bank account without permission. You will be unhappy with there service and especially their customer service. Like I said just go elsewhere
