My husband purchased me a sterling silver necklace chain last year around November 2019. He purchased a warranty ($29.99) and remembers doing it clearly due to my clumsiness (oops!). Unfortunately, our visit today to fix this chain (because I did break it (by accident!)) went VERY poorly. When asking for the fix via the year warranty, my husband was told that he never purchased one.After having the receipt reprinted, we then find out that nearly ALL of the information on it is wrong!! He was there at a much later time, the product item purchased is wrong, the warranty isn’t there and his total is nearly half what he paid. Plus, it states he paid in cash— when truly he paid using his card. So, we cannot even use the receipt to prove his purchase because everything about the receipt is WRONG! I’m very disappointed about not only seeing his warranty not placed on his purchase, but his name being attached to what seems to be a completely different purchase from someone else for a different item.We were considering going to this location to get his wedding band, but after this experience and complete lack of truthful record of his purchase, we hold no trust in this location or it’s services (though the chain itself is still a good purchase).

I wanted a nice watch and they had the best selection. I will definitely be back.

I got my engagement ring at Helzberg on a design show day. It was such a great experience! I got to pick my diamond and my setting....plus the jeweler on site sized it so I could wear it home!I came back for my wedding ring and wasnt disappointed - great selection and friendly, knowledgeable service. Mike helped me choose the perfect style.My fingers are crazy small - so small they cant size most rings to fit me - but Rebekah had a creative solution that allowed me to get exactly what I wanted in the size I need. Thank you!

I went to return or exchange a set of earrings I got for Christmas. I clearly asked what are my options. The employee took it upon herself to return the money to the debit card that made the purchase without verify that was what I wanted to do. This is worst customer service I have ever had. So now not only do I not have my earrings I can’t even exchange my gift. THE WORST!!! Thank you for nothing now I don’t even have my original gift. I wish I could give zero stars.

Went in looking for birthday gift for myself with my husband. Lady was nice at first before I mentioned my budget. Then became very pushy on a small selection and I felt like I couldn’t say no. Also was pushy on my husband to spend more on me than we budgeted for. Won’t be returning.

Overpriced, everything is marked up and they claim to have a sale to bring the price lower, which is still well above market value. It truly says something when a store is constantly having some type of sale. Their ring with a Moissanite was still over 3 thousand, whereas I can go to James Allen and get an entire 1 carat center stone lab diamond and setting for the same price or less. Salespeople extremely pushy. Acted surprised when I didnt want to put a down payment on a ring when I said I was just looking multiple times. but he gave you the go-ahead (aka told me to start looking) so you can put a deposit on it today, right? um... no. Thats not what it means, Im just looking. Yeesh.

I have not had any positive experiences at this particular store. In one instance, the employee Made no effort to reach me to let me know my ring was ready for pick up. I needed the ring for my wedding date. When I called them, the ring had already been finished for a week. I asked why they didn’t call when it was ready...she explained that they did call once but no one answered (why not leave a voicemail or call again a different day?) When I picked up the ring, the middle stone was loose, so I had to send it back again to get fixed. Today I brought the ring in for a check up. The man working was not nice and unprofessional.

Saw the reviews on Google and thought this cant be that bad, Im only going to pick up a ring I ordered online and boy was I wrong. I got the ring I ordered no problem, but requested that it be resized along with the engagement ring I already had. Come back a week later and the wedding band had a missing stone and the rings were the incorrect size. They will be fixing them both and mailing them to me now. Drove an hour to this store to pick up 2 rings and left with none. Very unhappy and will not be back.

This place is incredibly pushy. My brother-in-law went there looking for an engagement ring and they were ridiculously pushy and rude about putting money down and purchasing a ring. My brother-in-law made it clear he was just beginning his search for the ring.

They are closing all around me, so my care plan that I purchased is such a chore now to get my jewelry taken care of. Not very happy.

Absolutely unprofessional. Bought an engagement ring for my fiance, planned a party around the promised date I would get it back from resizing, they failed to get it back to me on that date. They did give a discount on her wedding band to make up for the issue, but then called me to tell me the ring was back from resizing, come to find out they sent it off to have it resized for absolutely no reason and am now waiting 2 more days for their in house jeweler to resize it. DESTROYED my fiance because she was extremely excited to be getting it just to find out she still cant have it now. Thanks Rebecca! (Supervisor)

I went to this location to purchase a ring I saw online. Drove an hour to get there. They didnt have the ring in stock so I purchased it online and had it shipped to their store to be sized, even paid for the extended warranty plan to get this done. The ring was ordered in a peridot color (August birthstone which is lime green). The ring Rebecca gave me (after driving an hour again there) had blue diamonds in it. I asked for a refund which she couldnt adjust some of the taxes which was $12.32. So I asked her to just credit them back when she could get hold of her back office when they opened. She later called and stated it was the jewelers fault he didnt cover the diamonds when sizing so they got hot. She ordered a new ring to replace it only to be called and when asking if it was peridot I was told it was darker than peridot. So I told them I wouldnt be driving another hour (3rd time driving there) to pick it up and to make sure the $12.32 was credited back to my card. I called today only to be told the message was given to Rebecca but she wouldnt be in until Friday. So 3 weeks later, no ring and the difference in taxes STILL hasnt been credited. This was my first experience with Helzberg and the LAST! Kays had just what I needed and got it right the first time.
