Nick does an excellent job of addressing issues as they arise. He makes a weekly visit to make sure we are satisfied with the services provided. Dealing with an older building that has not been maintained has been a challenge for the cleaning crew, but overall, they do a great job.

Billy Pettiford our Facility Services Manager that was assigned to us always follows up which gives us opportunity to mention anything we have questions on or if there is something that needs attention.

Nick Blakely the service manager does a excellent job ensuring his staff is doing what they are expected to do, he checks in with me on a weekly basis, I can go to him with any concerns and they get addressed, he asks me questions to ensure he touches all basis, and he holds his staff accountable, I truly enjoy Nick and I have had the BEST experience since he has taken over this account.
