I have been with 4M 6 months now and they really make you feel like you are part of their family. They truly care about their employees, making them successful while keeping them safe.

I worked here for 2 years, i dont know, all of a sudden it seemed like I couldnt speak english to Anyone except for the second boss I had, Nikki, how do you think it would feel to work, cleaning office, professional buildings, with people you cant even communicate with? And my job continued to Stay on the line because of Them....and the OM and his assistants did nothing to help solve the issues, their solution is, fire him, fire her, get rid of them. As for the specific cleaning part of the job I know that I was a great cleaner, I tended to take more responsibility than I should have, and when my first boss was still employed, I enjoyed coming to work to talk to him, he spoke English, and then after that, everything changed. I had to call Corporate at least once a week, until Nikki began trying to help solve the issues, and the only thing they would do is transfer me to Abby, at the Raymond office who probably did everything the OM and his assistant told her to do....no one, except Tony and Nikki really seemed to Genuinely care about their employees.
