I recently had surgery and have not been able to keep up the house cleaning. Christina did a walk-thru. Her rate was $504 for the 1st clean and $197 every 2 weeks. Our house is roughly 3100 sf so I thought that was reasonable. It took 2 trips, partially because they needed to reclean areas they either missed or did a bad job on the 1st cleaning. Christina did not follow-up to see if I was satisfied with the cleaning. I called and left her a message to call me with no response from her. I called a 2nd time to let her know Id hired another company to clean my house like it should have been done in the 1st place at 1/2 the price! Still no call from Christina.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

I had two women help me clean and organize part of my home in preparation for a big move in May. Not only were they kind and non-judgemental, they were hilarious as well! Im looking forward to continuing to work with them on straightening my space up.

Myra and LuLu were on timex pleasant and professional. I left during the clean today and when I came back it smelled fresh and looked clean.

I have been using Christinas Complete Clean for two-plus years and have had a positive experience with them. They do a great job cleaning all of the things that I have no interest in cleaning (um... toilets, microwave, inside of the tub... blech). I always feel happy on cleaning day, knowing that I will come home to a great looking house. Plus, the team that cleans my house are SO sweet (Bre and Kassie). Kassie even leaves me little drawings on my pillows; I always get excited to come home and see what shes left me! :) Love those girls!

I booked Christinas 3 weeks before I would need them to do a final clean on a house we were remodeling. I had to change the final cleaning date on the day they were supposed to show up to clean the home. Christinas accommodated our delay and showed up a few days later as we requested and did and amazing job cleaning our 5600 sq home remodel project. They needed to clean both kitchens and all 5 baths along with the rest of the home, which they did all in 1 day. They showed up on time, were professional, Covid-19 prepared and worked around us to finish the project on time and most importantly in time for the new homeowners to move into their totally remodel and CLEAN new home. Christinas Complete Clean did all of this for the same price estimate theyd given me 3 weeks prior. 5 star service! Perfect cleaning company. Kassie is my specific cleaner and she makes me feel comfortable, remembers instructions and preferences, and is professional. I really appreciate the care they take in my home and the ease of communication with the office.

Ive used Christinas for many years and Ive always been very satisfied with the service. They are professional and trustworthy. Theyre always willing to do little extras here and there as requested. Any concerns Ive had over the years have been resolved quickly. I dont hesitate to recommend them to my closest friends and colleagues. Quick update! I continue to be pleased with the service from Christinas. My new cleaning person Laura is just as great as my previous and genuinely cares about making sure Im happy with the way my house looks. I wish we could comment on their cleaning service, however this “service” backed out at the last minute! We hired Christina’s Complete Clean Service for our business, with the pretense that we would need cleaning services provided after our business hours. So, they had THREE WEEKS prior to their start date to inform us that they could not do night cleaning for us. HOWEVER they waited until the night before their start date. This cleaning “service” was completely UNPROFESSIONAL with our business and left us hanging without a cleaning service. We are extremely disappointed with their lack of communication and professionalism. We WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this cleaning service.-Windows LLC

Highly recommend Christinas Complete Clean! Lance and Laura truly leave nothing untouched. Everything is thoroughly and meticulously cared for, so well that I sometimes notice small details were cleaned or reorganized weeks later. They take such great care in deep cleaning our old Broad Ripple home. My house smells so fresh for days following our cleaning day. Ive gone through many different cleaning companies over the past three years and theres always been something I wish was done better. As an employee I absolutely enjoy working for Christinas. The other staff are caring and joyful. I take pride in this company for always putting the clients first. We have waited over 30 mins for clients who run late getting back from appointments. We have brought coffee to some of our clients. Help with organizing as well as cleaning. You will not be disappointed using christinas in my opinion.

We have had Christinas Complete Clean clean our home every two weeks for the past several years. They always do a fantastic job. If they are running late (which is rarely) they always make sure to text. Payment is simple through Chase Quick Pay. I would certainly recommend them to others wanting professional house cleaning.

I had Christinas house cleaning service for 8 months. I got a specific time slot and almost always had the same people come, they did a good job. Then they started giving me random time slots, like Saturday afternoon that I had to schedule my day around it. Last time the cleaners (not my regular ones) called me to come early, while i was still out, i told them not. They never showed up and did not answer my calls. It took management a week to get back to me and they said I had to pay because i wasnt there to let them it. The company either has bad management or hire some sketchy people in my opinion.

I have had very good luck with Christinas. They communicate well and do a great job. I absolutely love my current cleaner (Dia). I have had issues with other cleaning services to the point I am loathe to allow people into my home if I am not there but I trust Dia (and Jen, when needed) to go in when I cant be home.UPDATE: I still like my current cleaner, but I have noticed the communication between the company and the clients is not up to par with what it used to be. Rates go up without warning (twice in the past year) and I am now being charged for cleaning products (shouldnt that be included in our fee?). We were recently sent another contract to sign and also a form asking that I provide my credit card info for them to keep on file so they can charge me for cancelled cleanings, etc. I pay online and have never missed a payment so.....?
