We had this installed in August and cancelled it two weeks later because the service was the worst I’ve ever had. It slowed all our devices down to were we couldn’t use them. So we call and canceled and they told us 800 cancellations fee. We got it down to $400. Now six months later and five phone calls and $1,600 later we still are getting charged for a service we don’t have and now they won’t refund us our money. Worst company service ever. Avoid this companyUpdated 4-2-21. They just charged me another $1,339.42 for service I’ve never had. Please do not use this company they have the worst customer service and they lie.
Worst provider ever. Told me I would be getting services comparable to what I had at Comcast but I couldnt even open you tube let alone stream TV. I had them up the speed which doubled the cost but it still did no good. When I tried to cancel the contract for failure to deliver adequate service, they hit me with a cancelation fee for $700. I emailed saying that I wanted to arbitrate the amount which is completely allowable under the contract and with no response or permission to do so, they withdrew the money from my account at a time of a global pandemic leaving my account negative. This company is Horrible.
We live it the country and have few options for internet, got HughesNet and have had nothing but problems since we have had them. It would be a better use of my time to drive 20 min and rent a Redbox movie that wait for movies to download.

This is the worst internet ever and they are scam they charge you for services that you dont get promising you the best which you get the worst and then they charge you when you cancel them
They try but really dont like it when you dont like their service.
