This service/company is a COMPLETE JOKE! After the first failed clean where they did not clean the kitchen floors, dusted around picture frames, and did not wipe down even the cabinet faces I was told one of the staff members was going through something and they would change the people who cleaned. I had to keep having them back because they kept owing me money and would not issue a refund. I paid for 2 hours but they never were there for 2 hours. The icing on the cake is I moved houses and asked for them to clean for the new buyers. Pictures below of their clean. There was literally nothing in the house and all they needed to do was sweep and dust things like baseboards and windowsill. Ed says it took them 2 hours this time (with nothing in the house) when it never took them 2 hours with all of my stuff and that I did not leave instructions so he would not be issuing a refund. Save yourself the headache, all they do is vacuum (and only around things because one lady told me she would not bend over to move things!) and maybe wipe down your counters. If thats what your looking for, pay me 75 dollars an hour and Ill come to your house and do it!!!!
