They were very helpful with my package and took great care of it until I picked it up. Would definitely do business again.

They landed on this trailer and told me didn’t saw it, and they don’t care, told me call to forward air, and I thinking that not cool, you guys should not loaded on like this trailer, how they don’t saw it ?

The staff at the distribution center was super friendly but I never would have had to know that if they would have gotten the delivery to us on time.

My item arrived at the Indianapolis terminal yesterday morning. I received a call yesterday afternoon to schedule the delivery today. The driver called before arriving, and was extremely helpful and polite! I am VERY pleased with the experience I received! Super fast delivery! Thank you so much!

From P/U-DEL standpoint. Awesome. Couldnt ask for a better experience. In and out in 18 minutes. Could even be faster if the fat man that bust and hooks the sets would work quicker. Since that fat man is me. I can tell you for sure, it aint gonna happen.

Very bad service don’t come here

Terrible experience and will NEVER use this company again if I have a choice. Shipment has been ready for delivery since last Thursday and no one has answered the phone any time I call. Someone called this morning (Monday) while i was still asleep and I’ve been attempting to return their call (called 10 times today) no answer at ALL. Terrible service.

They Dont Pick up the Phone. Work Ethic is Horrible.. Very Insecure people that will treat you like a Criminal, when you have to pickup a product. When the only reason why you have to pick it up, is that they were too lazy to schedule an appointment for delivery. And Yes NO One picks up the phone. Call Corporate first and have them Email the Terminal Manager and everybody there and then maybe, you might get a call back.

Scheduling agent said shipment would be here by 1pm, tracking said it would be here by noon. Driver called near 2pm and asked if I wanted it today? It wasnt loaded on the truck in the morning, and they dont usally go out twice on Monday. Thought it was just a half day off work, turns out to be a whole day. Of course I want it today! I received the shipment in good condition. Had business with them 1 time before, years ago, same issue. Good luck. Dont settle for excuses. No need to be abusive to the drivers though.

THIS IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY! THEY GAVE US A 4 HOUR WINDOW AND THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. THEY DID NOT CALL US, SO WE CALLED THEM TO SEE WHAT HAPPENED. THEY TOLD THEY WERE RUNNING LATE AND IT WOULD BE 4 MORE HOURS. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. WE ENDED UP WAITING FOR 8 HOURS AND THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. THIS IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY. DO NOT USE THEM.

Horrible experience. Im not sure how a company so disorganized can still be in buisness. Wasnt notified that my package arrived and was waiting on me to call them to set and appointment up, i just so happened to check on the tracking and it arrived almost a week before. They tried to throw storage fees on me but i wasnt about to let that happen when i was never notified it was even at their facility. Only positive was the delivery driver was a nice guy and was willing to wait until someome could get to the house because nobody at the shop bothered to tell him to call ahead so he wouldnt have to sit. Absolutely terrible company. Will never ship through these people again. Id rather carry my packages on my back next time.

I track the item and the info states delivery between 08:00 and 14:30 but it doesnt show up. They phone me at 4:17pm EDT to arrange shipping and leave a message. I call a few minutes later, no answer. I call the next day, a dozen times and they dont answer the phone. The IVR system tells me theres a long wait for an operator, so I wait for a long time and get the call dropped.I feel they dont ship goods, they just keep them. Of the many trucking companies Ive dealt with, this is the worst service.The item was at the destination terminal within a day and has sat there ever since.

Terrible company. Does not communicate well. Damage items regularly.

Unfortunately, my distributor continues to use SAIA even though they have only been on time once in two years. Every other time, one to three days late. Not due to weather or anything out of their control. Simply due to poor effort by drivers and terminal operators. Always excuses and never an effort to fix the problem.

Hope I never have to come here again. Security guard was a jerk too tight to turn around specially on weekends.

Horrible shipper, poor communication all around. Very dysfunctional business. As a small business owner I would never recommend this shipper to nobody.My distributor has dropped them as well and has had multiple problems with their scheduling and long long waits for delivery.

You get what you pay for. Consistently late to pick up, freight ends up in the wrong place, and to top it off, their customer service line is useless.

They have a tendency not to show up for pick ups and do not call to let us know. Therefore, my warehouse guy sits around on overtime waiting....... and I have to call to get it re-scheduled anyway. UGH

Very dissatisfied with their lack of service. I have not been able to get my items delivered. I have informed them that I need a early morning delivery and they keep scheduling afternoon deliveries. I have tried to contact the local but can only talk with the customer service in another state.I have request that my supplier not to use them anymore.

How is it possible that I can ring into Indianapolis Customer Service for more than 20 minutes & STILL NOT have my phone call answered ? Is this real life ?

Poor customer service had to pick up my own delivery just to have it on time since they misplaced it for 2 days and would only fufill the delivery at there own convienence​

They misplaced my order from Home Depot. I was supposed to receive it by 6/29, its now 7/5 and I still dont have it. Their follow up is terrible.

Fast shipping and great staff

I had them weigh my package at the terminal and their scale was 80 lbs heavier. When I accused them of stepping on the scale 5 employees came out yelling and threatening me. They wouldnt let me have my package back, I was told I was on private property and I had to leave. Sound like a class action lawsuits for skimming the weights and one for threatening and abusive behavior.

Lost half of my order and damaged what they didnt lose...This is why the company I work for refuses to use them.
