Absolute most terrible experience Ive ever had with a logistics company. The companies they contract with have zero accountability for extremely delayed shipments. Like the last review if I could give zero or negative stars this would be the review for it.

If I could give a lower star, I would. I ordered an item online from a business that uses Pilot as their shipping and was given a confirmation email stating I would receive the package within two weeks of ordering. Fine. Using their tracking number I was given sparse updates on the status of my package and started to get scared that my package was lost. A week after the estimated time of arrival I still havent received the package. Turns out I needed to schedule an appointment for them to even bother trying to deliver it to me. Essentially they are holding my package hostage until I set up an appointment. Would have been nice to know I even had to do this. Opting to pick up my package in person than wait extra two weeks for them to deliver my package with an appointment. Ridiculous. I will never purchase from businesses that use Pilot Freight Services as their shipping.

This company is worthless! Why offer delivery shipment dates if you cant hold up your end of the deal?! Then to be told by your customer service people this happens all the time We never know when it will actually be delivered. DO NOT WASTE your TIME and Money using this company. Go with the trusted UPS or FedEx on time everytime.

Shipment arrived locally on time, the day it was to be delivered, they moved it multiple states AWAY with no explanation, talk about inefficient, wasteful and horrible management. I can only assume this is a logistics management problem at this point.

Terrible service. Picked up an item from us for return shipping and seemed to lose it. Over a month passed and the organization could not identify where my shipment was located. Item shouldve been delivered in a week or less as it was only traveling from NC to IN. Customer service seemed indifferent about the shipment claiming it might be on a pallet. Not the type of answer you want to hear from a shipping company. Do not recommend.UPDATE: After 2 1/2 months my item arrived at its final destination.

My items was supposed to be here June 9 and like the previous comment nobody tells you that you have to set an appointment. Then appointment was sent from 9-12 and the driver forgot then called around 413pm by then I was lazing down taking a nap. Unprofessional no other words and disrespectful.

They delivered the desk right when they said they would. The crew placed it in the garage and unpacked it, so my wife could inspect it. They even hauled away the packing materials. Great job!

Would never purchase from Buy Buy Baby again. This delivery service that they contract is horrible. The carriers had no dolly. Boxes were completely damages. They just rolled and dropped the boxes.

Ordered some flooring. Received an email saying it shipped with a tracking number that took me to the FedEx site. Fedex said not a valid tracking number. Finally after calling company found out it was shipped through pilot. Got on their site and saw it was 60 miles away from my house for 3 days. And realized I had to make an appointment. Email didnt say anything about scheduling a delivery time. Got it scheduled, it never showed up. Ive been on hold for almost an hour trying to get someone to answer the phone. This is the worst company Ive ever dealt with.

I made a purchase with Walmart and it was scheduled to be delivered on Monday, April 26 from 11am to 3pm. I receive a call from Heather after 3 advising they do not have my items yet but would contact me once they received it. She then called me on Tuesday advised they have it and we scheduled it to be delivered on Wednesday. On the phone she said between 9am to 12pm however when I received the email it indicated 11am to 3pm. - no big deal. After waiting all day, I called and spoke with Heather around 4pm. She indicated something about it was rescheduled for Thursday. I asked why no one called me and Ive been waiting all day.She then placed me on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up and called back. Each time I called back she would answer and hang up. Very unprofessional and childish. I then called from my work phone and spoke with Austin or Dustin. I honestly cant remember the name. While I was on the phone with him someone else from the office called my phone and apologized for Heathers childish behavior. She indicated she will have it delivered that day which I really appreciated it. Im glad they made good on the situation however they definitely need customer service training as the unprofessionalism was so unnecessary.

No good. Hope i never have a company use this service again. 500 bux waisted if i dont get something figured out. The bearded lady that brought and his midget partner couldnt handle the product and barely got it out the van brings it to the porch upside down on the dolley. Then wants to leave it in my yard lays my package on its side slides it on the concrete. And dips out

I received a bill from this company whom Ive never heard of for delivery of 35 ctns of books from one unknown party to another unknown 2nd party. WHAT?????THEY WILL BE HEARING FROM MY ATTORNEY.Such a scam. By the way I am not rating them for any stars, but I had to check at least one star in order to leave a post.

Ive been on hold for over three hours now. My husband took the entire day off from work to be home when the dresser for our nursery arrived. He had an 11am to 3pm time frame and it never came. He sat on hold for 2 hours before he got hung up on so I called them. It went from a two minute hold time, to ten minute hold time, to a three minute hold time, and now an over ten minute hold time. It keeps showing in transit and that our dresser will be here by 3pm on March 24th...which is today and its now 9:18pm. Again. My husband lost out on money today for nothing. Also, stop lying to your customers with the hold message saying you promise prompt, on time delivery with regular updates about where our packages are at when thats clearly a lie.

They subcontractor deliveries and sent my delivery to Blueline transport LLC is the most unprofessional backwards company I’ve ever dealt with they brought me the wrong pool I told him it was wrong they refuse to take it back then they begged me to take my pool and give them the other pool back the boxes were trashed they promised to refund my shipping due to all the hassle then when they got here she said that they would not do it to take it up with the company I ordered the pool with the first delivery guy hit on my wife in front of my kids and use profanity they didn’t wear masks this company is terrible do not do business with pilot or blueline I will be filing a Better Business Bureau complaint as well on both companies I I’ve already notified Walmart corporate headquarters

If I could give them 0 stars I would. We purchased a large TV that was shipped with Pilot freight. Almost a month later, after several messages that it was delayed I was told it had been lost and I had to reorder, so I did. This time I recd an email with a delivery date and time (10am-6pm). Sat home all day. No delivery. Ive called the main number several times and was questioning what was going on. One employee actually hung up on me. Another unemployed gave me the Louisville number and said I should call them. I sit on hold for about 25 to 20 mn when I call this number with a recording saying someone will be with me and then get a recording saying the mailbox is full and it disconnects. Unbelievably terrible customer service and honestly, after looking at the other reviews, am blown away that Walmart and other businesses continue to use this so called service.

Terrible service. Package was supposed to be here Friday never came so on the phone 2 hours, then Saturday, then Monday, then I called because still never came 3 hours on the phone calling different people they’d send me to. The lady told me I could drive 3 hours and pick up the package myself. So ridiculous. Still haven’t received.

Just like everyone else, I took an entire day off work to have my package delivered to me. (Since for some reason we need to sign for a package during a pandemic, when shipping stated it was contactless) anyways, took off work and the package never arrived. I called the company and they stated that my package never made it on a truck and I would need to reschedule the delivery. When speaking with a woman on the phone, she said that she would call me back because the scans were messed up. Never received a call back, never received my package either. I have never dealt with such unprofessional people before. Businesses should be embarrassed to use this company.

Scheduled and out for delivery Wednesday. Tried to call local number Wednesday evening, but forwarded to their 24/7 customer service number. Left my number, but no call back. No communication or status update by Thursday morning. I call to ask when to expect delivery and they tell me they can reschedule for Friday.

This morning I was expecting a recliner rocking chair from a vendor thats normally worth nearly a thousand dollars and so I bought it at a discounted price. The item is slightly discolored and in a box (customer awareness). When the delivery truck arrived the delivery men attempted to bring the chair in the building to deliver to my door, but the dimensions on the shipping box was too wide. I was standing at the top of the staircase on the 3rd level of the building overhearing the conversation. He asked his manager what should he do since the box is too wide and the recipient is on the third floor. The manager Megan instructed for the delivery man to ask me if its OK to remove the item to bring it to my entry of my apartment. The delivery man comes midway on the third set of stairs speaking with me (with no mask) fails to give me this option and lies. Stating that he had no permission to remove the item from the package and I would need to reschedule for a different delivery option because they are not allowed to remove item and deliver to door. I retain the contact number from the truck and contact the company. The same manager reschedules for a delivery the next day, verifying she gave the delivery man permission upon my approval to remove the chair from box if the customer is in agreement. So I text the delivery man letting them know that its rescheduled and they have permission to remove the item from the box. This item is American made and has been shipped from within America. Its a furniture item thats been en route for 2 weeks. I suppose the delivery men didnt like this idea and contacted the office. The same manager called me back stating due to Covid 19 they cannot deliver to my main door entry. I said I dont understand he was here and attempted, speaking to me with no mask. I stated I would like to make a complaint im being discriminated because i live on the 3rd floor. I have had Wayfair. AMAZON, grocery stores, Door Dash, Grubhub, Shipt, FedEx, UPS, and Ashley Homestore deliver to the entry of my home. Sounds like to me the company movers are lazy and dont want to deliver to the 3rd floor. If I wasnt pregnant I wouldve found a way to get my own furniture to my door. I just want to say the service is rude, false and inadequate. The manager has failed to call me back about my complaint. And I have contacted the vendor to let them know this item may need to be returned and they will owe me for the chair that has yet to be delivered due to poor quality and care from a delivery company they entrusted with such a nice piece of furniture. I can purchase from other stores and get door service. It doesnt take to speak with someone to deliver furniture to the door entry of their home nor can you get Covid 19 from a common area entry in an apartment building. The disease is body to body. Unprofessionalism and discrimination shouldnt be what the customers are experiencing during difficult times. Im pregnant and have not been outside since this pandemic and feel violated for lack of quality in equality of treatment in their delivery services.Update: hours later no call was made until my mother contacted the local office attempting to retrieve corporates contact number. The person my mother spoke to gave her the wrong number. Im going to assume the DM Pam gave my mom the wrong details intentionally because I got a call immediately after my mom disconnected from the company with Pam. Pam apologize about corporates policy and stated she had reached out to corporate to ensure there will be no changes to their delivery method. They are allowed to only deliver inside of medical facilities. Anywhere else would be outside only. She said she will contact the seller and let them know I CANCELED the order. (Lol) I corrected her and stated she can tell them that her company has failed to meet the delivery requirements. I contacted Amazon and explained the matter. Amazon ensured me satisfaction in 2 days and gave me a credit to my account. This company lies to protect their image to their clients. Dont trust them!

I took off work for my scheduled appointment from 3pm to 7pm and my delivery never showed up and then you cant get a hold of anyone that even works for this company, I paid for another company to assemble my product, he got here and my product didnt and still had to pay this man like what the hell !!!

Left work early to get home for a delivery scheduled between 3 PM and 7 PM. Arrived home at 2:15 PM to find a note from the driver saying he arrived at 12:23 PM and no one was home to receive the package, so I had to reschedule a delivery date. Called the number. Guy that answered said they could bring it back in two days. I said, Were supposed to get it today. It was scheduled to come between 3 and 7 today. He said, Well I can have it come between 3 and 7 two days from now. I said, No, we wanted it today. Why was the driver two and a half hours early today? He said, I dont know but it wont be there now for two days. No apology or anything. Glad I left work early for nothing.

People be ware!!!! Our delivery was scheduled between 2pm -6pm. So my husband took off the entire day to make sure that he was at home when the delivery came. Cusomer service called and said that the delivery was running one hour late. Around 7:30 no one called or came out. So my husband made another call. By 9pm no one showed up or called. We called and requested a refund from the company that we originally ordered our applances from. And was told by them if they come out that we could refuse the delivery. By 10pm still no delivery or phone call from Pilot. That is bad business....

I only leave one star because that is the least I can do. So bought a refrigerator from Sears and they hired Pilot Freight Services to deliver it. One guy brought the refrigerator and wanted to just leave it in my front yard. Told him to take it back and got a refund from Sears since that is a whole separate issue. Now after weeks go buy I get a call from Pilot Services saying they have a refrigerator that needs delivered to me. After calling them back and them looking into this further they finally figured out that the refrigerator should have gone back to Sears. This delivery company is a joke and if you are a business and or a person that needs freight type services then do yourself and or your customers and hire a company worth something.
