Had a lot of damage due a leaking roof caused by an ice jam this past winter. The leak caused damage inside as well to the main bathroom.JL Fox worked with my insurance company and got approval for all the repairs. That included the roof, drywall, new tile, paint, etc. Basically, a remodeled of my 60 year old bathroom. All the workers were prompt, courteous, very skilled. There were several workers over about 8 days. Each had their specialty and was excellent at it. I highly recommend JL Fox, Inc. of Indianapolis.

IF ONLY I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS...I can provide details when I have a chance to write all this company has done wrong to my family after a house fire. They are dishonest. Tony, the project manager, is a weight lifting hyped up sales man who is very knowledgeable but in the end married to the owners wife and is only on it for the family business... Nice personality though but I care much less about your niceness than I do about not having to live in a hotel and rental house for more than a year because of all of the major and minor mistakes they allowed to take place on our rebuild. Absolutely no oversight. They cost themselves several thousands of dollars in mistakes. After their mismanagement of one of the most horrible events in our lives they attempted to get their attorney involved when we would not pay any additional for their sloppiness and after insurance paid close to $200,000.00... They lost out on whatever money they would pay their attorneys also I suppose. So, in the end, you can go with them or not. If your project is any bigger than a room in your home I would NOT fool around with them. Just know its like the flip of a coin. If they have to have subcontractors called in and have to oversee the work just know that they wont and the subcontractors could be sub-par. Not worth the risk I dont think. I am certainly willing to answer any direct questions as well!

One of my neighbors decided my kitchen would be a great parking spot as there was no entrance she made her own. My insurance company asked if we had a preferred vendor .we did not they recommended JLFox. The people we worked with were amazing, professional and very sympathetic to our situation they insured everything was done to a high standard and to our preference. Our home now looks better then it did before the accident. Any future construction needs i have JL fox is definitely the company I will use no question. They are just really good people. And have great attitudes i coild go on listing there . Awesomeness all day highly recommend. Shawn, and Ron installed our cabinetry and it is beautiful.

We would recommend J.L. Fox, Inc., and most of their contractors and subcontractors. Megan Wood did a great job of coordinating everything as project manager. Besides having an appropriate name, she also got the schedule down to the day, which seems incredible with the number of tile installers, hardwood installers, painters, wood workers, electricians, movers & packers, glass door installers, and plumbers. We were greatly satisfied with the craftsmanship of Tremain Tile, and only sadly dissatisfied with one of their subcontractors, which we relayed directly to the JL Fox rep.We had four issues during the four weeks, and each problem was dealt with in a timely fashion, including one plumbing problem that would have caused extensive damage. The specific plumbing problem became worse on a Friday evening, and we called Ms. Wood. She had a different plumber from the same company at our house in under two hours. It was fixed. We also had two little crises of our own making, and Ms. Wood was able to use her resources to help us take care of those issues. Problems happen, and its a good testimony to the service of the company when they are dealt with quickly and resolved thoroughly.We used JL Fox four years ago to recover after a basement flood, and we were greatly pleased with their work then. We were happy to trust their services on an upgrade project, and would come back for a third try if we needed to manage a large project.

Well this is going to be my first official job because my dad works at J.L Fox and im ready.

After a water line breaking the center of our house, insurance company sent out the JL Fox team. From beginning to the end, the experience was fabulous. From Ron and team doing the opening and closing, the expert floor layers...to contractor Blair and apprentice Sean, they were truly efficient, professional and delightful. The quality of the work was impeccable and we couldn’t be more pleased. Thanks again to all f you who worked on putts nag our home back together...so much better than it was before.

Very courteous people. Worked in cold weather to get a door replaced and made other repairs. The jobs were well done and they cleaned up when they left. Highly recommended.

J.L Fox remodeled our kitchen and dining room. The workmanship and overall quality was excellent. We have used Fox for several repairs and projects through the years and we’ve always been extremely satisfied.

We returned from a 2 week cruise in January to find we had a burst water and extensive water damage on two floors. Our insurance company suggested we contact J L Fox. They were very responsive to drying out the house and making sure we would be mold free. They next sent out a crew to remove all the damaged area and repair and replace drywall and flooring. We had a manager from J L Fox with us the whole way to answer any questions and to make sure we were satisfied with the work being done.Unfortunately we had a neighbors tree fall on our out building and had to have the roof replaced. J L Fox was our first call and we were not disappointed. Another excellent job.
