The recruiter Michael and Fred both are very unprofessional and need to get fired. They lied to me about an application process, so I spoke with the branch manager and he didnt do anything. This place sucks, well the recruiters do

I had a very pleasurable experience in working for Volt Workforce Solutions. My recruiter was awesome, I interviewed for a specific job and he found me a better one with a much nicer pay rate. I never had any issues with my direct deposit or being paid in general.The few times I had to call in for issues while on site, my calls were returned within minutes! Volt has helped open up many doors for me! Thanks! 👍🏼

Avoid this place at all costs. Im currently waiting 3 weeks for my 1st paycheck and have little hope I will receive our any time soon. Theyve given me the run around on several different instances and their communication is little to none.

I had an interview there and filled out all the forms they asked me to they never called me back even after I submitted all the tests I needed done the man who interviewed me told me this was legit he’s a liar I’ve been waiting almost a month now for a call I put other job opportunities on hold because he made it seem like I had the job DO NOT GO THROUGH VOLT ITS PRETTY MUCH A SCAM AND A WASTE OF TIME! I have been with this company off and on for over 10 years and they have been good to me and on an average every business or company has somethings or even some individuals that need weeding out.So with that being say if you were one that experience an not so good encounter I guarantee if you go there now your encounter will be much different .

Had an interview last friday went and took drug test and submitted a background check all in the same day and was told that he had a job lined up and ready to start by Tuesday. Ive called all day everyday and left messages since Monday and they never answer nor do they return calls.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is extremely unorganized and that in itself is unprofessional. I do not recommend this specific site. Maybe you will have better luck with another location. I have worked with VOLT multiple times in the past, the experience with the current staff is extremely sad.

Seriously sketchy, beware!!The recruiter seemed nice enough but he didnt provide honest information. They did mass hiring for Fedex.. The pay was great but it was only a VERY brief assignment. Took us 2 months to get through the process.. which only left us with 20 days to work.. And you can only work 16-17 hours a week.They did not let us know the assignment length and alluded to advancement and full time opportunities that turn out to all be false. They are completely unorganized and dont respond to your e-mails. The lady, Paige, that was supposed to work with us still has not given me my IQ id number.. Which means I cant clock in or out.. So I cant get paid. So the FEW DAYS that I have to work I cant even go in and get paid for. Weve called, texted, and e-mailed and still have heard nothing.The recruiter, after calling him to tell him about all of this, basically told us to get over it or dont work with Volt. Said if you dont like how we do things dont work here. And told me he couldnt help me all he does is get the people there.Lies. Lies. Lies. These people are dishonest. For a person actually looking for a job and gets excited for this Opportunity you will only have your heart crushed. Half the people walked out of our new hire orientation because they ALL HEARD THE SAME THING. And they all found out how much wed been lied to. Unacceptable. Avoid these people at all costs.

Zero Stars - Wheres my money?At first I thought they were incompetent. Now Im convinced they use delaying tactics to stall payment. It took a week to straighten out a problem with my online paperwork, even though I had already started working the assignment. On a Monday I get a voicemail saying they have my first two checks and did I want to pick them up in person or have them mailed to my house. Two days later they tell me they were mailed last week. If they were mailed last week why were they calling me on Monday asking me what they should do with the checks? They say I cant sign up for direct deposit until the first check is issued because it has my employee ID. Allegedly two checks have now been issued and I still cant get anyone to give me my employee ID number. Ive been working the assignment a month and have yet to see any form of payment.

EVERY TIME I call my recruiter the call goes right to voicemail, that within itself is unprofessional. I never know if and when she is going to call back. The Fed Ex process took a very loooong time before I was given the ok to work. I called my recruiter to see if the job was still available but of course no answer and no call back. It was easier going straight to Fed Ex and getting hired on by them. This Volt office SUCKS!

This is the most unprofessional temp agency I’ve ever worked for. The recruiters give you incorrect misleading information. Also, I still have not received any of my pay. The recruiter Imani was very rude and very unprofessional. The receptionist or other employees rarely answer the phone and when I finally got an answer, I kept being transferred to voicemails. Do not work for this agency if you want to be paid on time!

This is the worst staffing company Ive ever worked for never again will I ever take an assignment thru VOLT!!!! To get straight to the point today I spent my day calling lawyers for advice on how to proceed to the next step the shengians I been going thru with this place just to get my pay check I even went as far as reaching out to the Better Business Bureau this is just ridiculous Ive even contacted the news station stalling with people money is just something you dont do then for the branch manager not to be the one to return my call herself when it was indeed her voicemail I left the message on is ridiculous, that waiting til this Friday to have my check sent out and I not receive it until next week is a no go for me not when my check was due to be sent out last Friday and received today I have bills and late fees occuring thanks to them this company cant keep doing people like this the reviews tell it all sad but they all so true also left messages with Tom Gates (Branch Director) and with Rosa M(Human Resources in CA) I have yet to hear back for either of them

Took along time to get hired- 1 month... the assignment was fed ex.. I didnt have an issue with the work at fed ex. However, it took weeks for me to get my pay check. Ive currently been waiting for a month for my money. I still have not gotten paid for the work Ive done. Ive been promised every week that I will get my pay check and Friday comes and no check.. I went downtown a couple of weeks ago because they said I could come pick up my check and it was for 0.. no explanation.. Ive been hung up on several times and promised call backs and nothing. They have confirmed I did the hours, I guess theyre keeping my money and investing it. They are so unprofessional and rude, especially Carla Jones. They dont have an office manager cuz Ive asked and been told there isnt one..

Took a long time to get hired they dont hire for full time they only hire for part time and it took me a week and a half to get my iqn bs and employee id number. Some of the staff is scetchy. I have been able to get more hours though because of my team leader

I have been trying to talk to someone for days now and cant get ahold of anyone. Left so many voice mails and still nothing. This place seems like a joke.
