As far as day labor work goes its not bad, one of the better places in Indy if youre looking. Beats standing out on corners or in parking lots hoping to find somewhere/someone to put you to work. The ladies here are extremely nice and do about as good a job placing those looking for work.

If youre short on cash this place is effective and efficient to short-term cash needs. You are almost guaranteed to go to work everyday and get paid every day so its convenient and a lot of the jobs are fun.

It was my first time and it will be my last! I was there at 5:15am the employee didnt arrive until 5:45a.m. (15mins late). Then when were let in the building to sign in I was 5th on the list they do not follow like 10 people went in front of me. I was there nearly an hour and spoke to no one at all, horrible process and horrible communication skills. Seriously a joke and a waste of time !

I have a full time job. I just use this temp for some extra cash. That’s all they are good for. Maybe to pay a phone bill but that’s all the bills they paying

If you wrote a negative review its probably because you were lazy and didnt go in early enough to get a job so they were all taken up, or youre just a plain bitter person who doesnt have much of a work ethic and probably need God in your life because these are some of the nicest people in the world. They WILL get you a job. I put an application in Wednesday, Interviewed on Thursday and had a job Friday. They are all a blessing.

I love working for on demand. The staff is great and you get to be a part of all the action the city has to offer. From the Colts games to the brickyard.

The staff that I talked to was polite, straight to the point, and on her job.The part that made me second guess the place are the conditions she had to work in. Keep in mind that I was a walk in and not expected to be there..... On the other hand, they DO hire felons and she told me to come back at 5a.m. to see if I was going to be sent to work.

Weii at one point in my life i needed a job and God put a guy in front of me and said you want to work on demand will put you to work. now every and then i need work they know i can be dependable to show up and do the the work required.

First time working with this company. . Job on the spot hired at the indianapolis motor speedway.. very excited only down fall was got to work one day, the boss give people special privaleges than others. If it rains you might as well hang it up cause you might not get to work as promised. And $8 an hour is not worth picking up trash in the storm.. on the bright side there other jobs thats better than this.. better plans for the brickyard work for next year. Come prepared

John placed me at a temp to hire postion $14 hour and within 2 months I was offered a full time position. On demand helps those who wants to be helped.

Low pay be lucky to get a job that pays 10 a hour most only pay 8 to 9

They send you out for work daily and you can find a permanent job as well!

They are very nice people to work for and very friendly.

The ad says that they are open 24/7 that is not true when i drive up there to put in an aplication the doors are locked looked at the web sight and the hours of opperation say that it is open from 6 to 5 well befor 5 pm no one is in sight
