Waited a long time & they werent able to get the party to repair my iPad pro. But other repair shops had same issue but they were able to tell me over the phone rather than 25 min wait, then 5 days & another 10 mind in the store waiting to get it back.

Had them fix my iPhone X screen. The guy only had 30 min before he was off and I expected him to say come back to tomorrow (which would have been understandable) but instead he fixed my phone in those last 30 min and had me on my way with my screen and phone looking brand new. 😀 will go again if I ever break it again

I had the screen on my phone repaired and wanted the ear piece repaired as well, but both the gentlemen in the store said the ear piece gets dust in it and muffled the sound so it may not need replaced. I walked in at 3:45pm and was told it would be 5:00pm when my repairs were completed. I walked back in at 5 on the nose and they were handing me my phone with a perfect brand new screen and I was told that my ear piece needed cleaned and not replaced, which they also did at no charge, and I went home very happy! GREAT crew at this store and wonderful service! I would recommend this Batteries+ to anyone and will return for my future needs!

Horrible customer service!Placed a screen repair request, online for the next day, received a call indicating the part needed was not in stock. I added that I also needed the charging port repaired, because the online appointment system would not take the information together.The technician was very helpful on the phone and said he could take care of it all at the same time. He would order the parts and call me to reschedule the appointment when they arrived.1 week later I still haven’t heard, so I call to find out the status. Ryan says he has no record of the order being placed, but can have the parts the next day.So I asked him what time can he do the install, he asks me when do I want to come in, I reply no need for me to come until he has the part, finally he tells me 11am, the next day, I say ok and schedule the appointment, He then says but I don’t know if the parts will be here by then, Really, No thank you, worst customer service ever!These guys must get paid by the hour, no incentive to work, he was just pushing my repair off, and wasn’t really making any commitment.There are plenty of other repair shops, choose another provider, if customer service and common sense is important to you.

They were very helpful and courteous. They sold and installed a new battery in my Samsung Galaxy Tab computer for a very reasonable price. Now it should be good for at least a few more years.

Great experience. I initially was expecting to pay for a new phone battery plus a new charger port but the three workers inspected the port, cleaned it out, and saved me $69. Just needed the new battery and was out of the store 15-20 minutes after I came in with what feels like a brand new phone. Excellent staff and customer service. Will definitely return!

Hello I went and received great service from all of the guys that were on schedule to I needed my phone screen fixed and was in and out within an hour.

Friendly service. Told me it would take an hour to replace the battery port in my iPhone. Returned in an hour and it was ready with a six month warranty. I will use them next time.

Great Customer Service!!! I needed my smartphone repaired, because the battery was swelling in my cellphone and had caused the back to come loose from the adhesive on onecwhole side. I kept loosing power every little bit., rendering my phone useless. The guys at Batteries Plus on pendleton pike were exceptionally patient with all my concerns and questions. They told me exactly what was wrong and they could fix it right then. They were very reasonable priced. Very Professional and replaced my battery,and sealed the back of my phone back up and made it look brand new!!! You cant even tell the back was ever apart from the seam. Excellent workmanship plus 6 month warranty. I will DEFINITELY come back here again. They deserve your business.

This place is always super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I mostly use them for phone repairs but also for hard to find batteries.

Repair was timely about 2hr to fix a broken screen on iphn 7 plus. However, there is some latency when you tap apps or scrolling through text.

Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service! They got the screen repaired on my phone in less than an hour.
