I got served today by the man himself, Paul. Lets be honest, when electronics randomly fail on you, its stressful, and so the importance of customer service during these times cannot be emphasized enough. Paul was respectful, friendly, and worked on the spot and explained what was going on. His coworker was pretty cool too though I dont remember his name. The shop itself is well organized and pretty much candy land for any guitarist or drummer out there. From the phone call consult to the on-site experience, it was all positive. If you want solid customer service experience for your music/electronic devices go see Paul!

I have an old Sound City amp that had been gathering dust in the basement for about 10 years. Took it into Paul and he cleaned up all the guts, replaced only what needed to be replaced (kept all the original tubes which is awesome) and I am good to go. Im sure he spent a lot more time on it than I was charged for because he takes such pride in his work. I will absolutely use him again!

Paul fixed my amp up that ive had trouble with for the past few years. Even after I accidentally blew a fuse after getting the amp back from him, he was nice enough to pop a new one in for me and take another look at it again free of charge. I highly recommend Paul if you need work done on your tube amp he knows his stuff!

Paul Beeman is an amplifier guru. He took my PRS Dallas and made it absolutely perfect. I get goose bumps every time I plug in and let loose. You can trust Paul to make your amp better...no matter what the issue.

Paul is highly knowledgeable, detailed, and professional. I took my dads old amp that had been in the family for over 20 years to him with some hard-to-replicate, intermittent issues, and he really went out of his way to resolve all of its problems. Im happy to say that it sounds better than ever, and I havent had any more issues with it.I really appreciate how Paul takes the time to fully explain the issues and the options/cost of doing the repairs. It was also nice to see pictures of what was wrong and before-and-after pictures of the faulty components and repairs made to the board.A lot of the problems that my amp was having were actually caused by sloppy work done by a prior service tech. My dad had taken it in for repair at one of the big name music stores in Indy a few years back, and they outsourced the work to a local repair shop that did a quick-and-dirty job.Many of the issues could have been prevented if we had taken it to the right tech initially. Paul will be my go-to service tech for any and all amplifier and electrical instrument repairs going forward. I really cant recommend him enough.

Man Paul has worked on and built quite a few amps for me.He totally overhauled and rebuilt a 71 Super Reverb and blackfaced it.He took a 5E3 circuit project I had and found the issues and modded it into a rocket ship.Has done maintenance work on my vintage Marshalls and my vintage Fenders. He is very detail oriented takes pride in his work. Uses great components and his solder slash wiring is the cleanest.If you can communicate what you want he will help figure out how to accommodate it or tell you your nuts if it will not work.

Paul is very good at what he does and very reliable, he keeps my 65 Viberolux, 69 Twinn Reverb & my Guitars sounding and playing good. He repaired my lights with a same day notice, so I could have them ready for our next day show. He is a working musicians friend and loves that classic tube tone and one hell of a guitar player with the best tone Ive heard and Cant be satisfied till its right.
