I have been in the HVAC business for over 25 years and Koch Air is a top notch distributor. I find their staff very helpful and I can assure you they do care. Sometimes as a society we forget we all have bad days and shouldnt judge a company by one persons actions on a first time basis. In the unlikely event Koch Air falls short of your expectation, I suggest asking for a manager. For the record, Im an independent contractor and not a Koch Air employee.

Terrible customer service. Parts people seem to never be in a good mood and talk down to customers. Robert and fat old guy with glasses are horrible with people and cant handle busy time stress. Good thing they dont work in the field.

The workers act like they dont want to be there. There is one guy who has been there for awhile who loads and he is really good. Always helps and very curtious
