Easy to get here from I465 to I70. Check in @ door 9 go inside & ring the buzzer somine will come out & assign you a dock door. After getting unloaded go back to door 9 & get signed BOL .

Outstanding warehouse, Don the traffic manager promptly took care of my problems,,,CH Robinson failed to set a appointment .I was in and out in about 1.5 hrs,and made my appointment at Detroit on time. Thanks again Don!!!!!!!!

Was there for an hour before somebody even come to the door and unlocked it then it took him another hour to load me no signs on the doors or anything so very confusing of where to go in and check in at find somebody had to Google their name and call the main number

You can’t tell people less than 24 hours beforehand when it’s convenient for YOU to deliver to the customer. I have a schedule, a job, etc and can’t drop everything I’m doing. When I asked if I could schedule it for a specific time frame I was told no, it was scheduled according to whatever route they already had planned. How is that helpful to the customer? I was told at 6pm on 7/12 that a dishwasher would be delivered to me on 7/13 between 11-3. I have to work? I don’t have the luxury of calling off and saying sorry they’re bringing the dishwasher, everything else has to wait. You can’t give that short of notice and not expect people to reschedule. Then when I rescheduled I was told I couldn’t request a morning installation (I work evenings) because delivery had to be convenient to their route, and that they won’t tell me until the day before. Great. I’ll just find someone who has an extra 4 hours set aside just in case that window falls when I have to be at work. I have lots of friends who will drop all their plans as well to sit at my house for four hours and wait. Not. This is absolutely terrible customer service. Unfortunately it wasn’t my choice, it was my landlords.

This is no longer Kid Glove. Its several business in 1 building. At 1 point Angies list was there, have now moved. A collection company was in 1 area, they moved, then another moved in shortly after. A wholesale company was there. Not sure if they are stillI worked for 1 of the companies and the place was infested with rats!! Alive and dead! Someone is trying to get the rats under control but not doing a great job at it.

Let me just start off by saying that this company does not even deserve one star if I cold put negative numbers on it I would. People let me advise you not to use this company they are unprofessional, they are a third party with Home Depot and if you buy anything their (appliances there just install them yourself) This company will not get the job done. Just to make my story short they will cause thousand of dollar damages to your home like they did to mine and they will wash their hands off by not doing anything. If you want real professionals to do the job right I suggest that you hire someone who you trust anything but Kid Glove. Just take my advice and not hire this company

Received a call the day before scheduled delivery and was told I would be called 30 minutes before the driver arrived at my home. The day of delivery the driver did not call til they arrived at my house. I was told we would have 15 minutes to arrive or they would leave and we would have to reschedule. My boyfriend called 12 minutes later to let them know he was on the way and they had already left. I dont know about anyone else but I cant leave work for hours to sit at home and wait for a delivery. Now, just a couple of days before the holidays I am left without a new refrigerator for another week and will most likely have to waste a vacation day to sit and wait on them again.

They started out by missing the 4 hour delivery window that they assigned themselves (late by almost an hour) and then refused to deliver the washer and dryer or perform the removal of the old washer and dryer (which I had paid extra for). Their refusal was due to not wanting to move a refrigerator out of the way. I called the home depot where I ordered the washer and dryer from and they said the refrigerator move shold not have been a problem and that it should be expected that some small logistical issues must be overcome by the delivery team during major appliance delivery and haul away.

They have had a couch of mine from JCP almost two weeks but cannot be bothered to call me to let me know or schedule a delivery which is sort of their business!! I found out today from the company they subcontract from and also from JCP themselves. So someone better call me soon or I will be cancelling the order!

The lies never stopped. They held our furniture in their warehouse for a week and tried to tell us that it had miraculously that very moment shown up in their facility not knowing I had already been told it was delivered a week prior. The would not correct a wrong contact number because “ they don’t have the ability to make changes to the contact info”. Really? When the drivers showed up they drove their big ass truck through my side yard rutting it up damaging at least 30 feet of yard. They unloaded the furniture dropping it several times. Luckily it was packaged properly, there was no damage. They tracked mud through my home and then ( the next lie ) said that they weren’t supposed to assemble the product, someone else was coming to do that. We learned from Sams that they were in fact supposed to. We load for that service. Steer clear of this company.

Kid Glove Service is the delivery and installation provider used by the Lafayette Home Depot, so when my wife and I bought a new clothes washer it was a crew from Kid Glove in Indianapolis that arrived to install the unit. Without a washer pan (something they didnt have and we were unaware we needed) they wouldnt install the unit; they also refused to wait for even five minutes while I called the store to sort it out, and instead left immediately for their next stop. Subsequent efforts to sort things out on the phone were equally frustrating and ineffective, even with the assistance of store staff. Because of the bad experience with the installation crew we cancelled our order and went instead with a provider that uses their own employees for delivery and installation.

Not much room to back into docks, Clean, ok service depending on how busy they are. Not easy to get into given the low bridge, you have to go a different way in a commercial vehicle
