Ok let me tell you, I am beyond happy with the service she did! I had the boot loop going and was stressed, I was starting a new job and needed my laptop fixed immediately! I thought I was just going to get it fixed and thats it but no she went above and beyond. Knowing I am an aspiring business owner, she gifted me with a blueprint with very valuable information of how to get started and the things I would need! Thats not even it, she even installed an application of several learning topics of how to become well versed on the applications on my laptop. She even cleaned it, I thought it was a new laptop lbs! Ms. Justice “fixed” two of my computes. After her repair, one computer would occasionally pixelate and required rebooting. The other one was separated on the left side, but was still working when I gave it to her. When she returned it, the plastic casing around the screen fell off, a part was taped to the keyboard, and the touch screen no longer worked. Throughout the process, Ms. Justice failed to update me on her progress and became condescending, aggressive, and abrasive when I asked her about her progress. Use at your own risk.
