They did not seem interested in helping me with my issues. I had confirmation from Apple that my laptop was still covered under an extended repair program but Brays told me that they werent sure about the program and that it was ended a few years ago. They also told me that Apple online support doesnt know what theyre talking about when it comes to their repair services. I called another authorized repair center and a 30 second Google search on their end was able to confirm that my laptop was still covered under the program. I took it to them instead and they got it fixed right away with no issues.
My first meeting with someone went really well and he was super helpful and knowledgeable. But since then, Ive had to deal with another employee who is doesnt seem to know whats going on. Told me false information so I had to call Apple to get the correct info. So frustrating, and now Im waiting another week for my computer to get repaired. Id rather just go to the Apple Store next time.
After having another Mac repair shop *seriously* drop the ball on me, Bray technologies caught the ball in a major way. They were prompt, responsive and thorough. They quickly and courteously answered all of my questions and offered support through the four days my computer was in their care. I would happily, enthusiastically recommend Bray to any friend looking for Mac service!
I have a small business, and need my Apple equipment up and going. I take all my MAC equipment here for service. No wait times, fast prompt service and phone calls. Really knowledgable technicians. Thanks Brays!
Wanted to charge me $150 to diagnose and replace my MacBook Air 13” 2015 battery, then $150 for parts. I took it to Apple, and they diagnosed it for free on the spot, and only charged me $129 for the battery.
Im the owner of Ballard Computes LLC and I have been using Brays technology for especially difficult data recovery for a few years now. They are the best in the city.
In reading other reviews it seems as if there is either love or hate. Im happy with my service, with the knowledge of the two gentlemen I worked with and the fee.
I second Joe. STAY AWAY! Needed to restore my disabled Ipad. Three employees had no clue how to proceed. Claimed an Apple ID was needed when none was. Then they wanted to charge a $50 diagnostic fee. WTH? $50 to hook Ipad up to ITunes? Dont think so! And Im willing to bet they would have billed Apple too since tablet was under warranty. Left there in a hurry. Went to Apple Store. In less than 10 minutes my Ipad was restored. For free. STAY AWAY!
STAY AWAY!I recently had a 27iMac in for service three times in three weeks. Misdiagnosed each time and cost me over 350.00 I then took my computer to the apple store and they replaced it at no charge. Bray also installed anti virus software that had an annual fee but when I no longer had my original computer they would not transfer the license to new computer. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLEJoe DeFabisDeFabis Photogrpahy
Ive had nothing but efficient, fast service with this business. I have taken my computers here for several years and never had a problem.
I take computers there for repair from my business on a steady basis and they are always repaired quickly and correctly. As far as Apple Service Providers in Indy i would totally trust them with your Apple over a lot of the others in town.
Installing screws for two minutes cost me 79 bucks
Not sure why I used a air pump at Kroger gas station and this company charged my debit card $3.00!!!!!!!
