They are the fastest tailor Ive found in this area. Fair price and their work is well done. I took pants in for a wedding, I was quickly measured and pants fit amazing when I picked them up.

They sewed a hem on my pants while I waited. I think I was in the shop all of three minutes while they did it. I thought I was going to have to drop it off and wait days to pick it back up. Very happy with the service, quality, speed and price.

Great experience! Had my bridesmaid dress taken in. She worked with my short timeline and had the dress ready early enough to make any last minutes adjustments when I tried it on again. It fit perfectly and you couldnt tell Id had it altered. She charged me a very reasonable amount for the tailoring work. Definitely will be bringing my clothes here again.

This was my first time getting clothing altered at this location. The dress I paid $33 to get altered ended up having uneven straps so the top looked crooked around my chest. I guess it was my fault for not trying the dress on before the wedding to make sure it fit perfectly. I am only giving this location 3 stars because the staff was kind.

This is my first time using a tailor for clothing (other than getting fitted for a new suit) and I was amazed at how simple it was. Professional Tailor & Alterations was able to make fast changes to a few items on a tight deadline and it was way less expensive than I thought it would be. Loved the service, loved the quality, loved the price.

Quick turnaround on alterations/tailoring at a very reasonable price- she does great work and will make sure that everything fits. Not the fanciest place in town, but the results are outstanding every time

I was wary because the pinning and measurement process was SO FAST. But when I picked up my three pairs of pants and tried them on at home I was shocked at how perfectly they fit in length and waist. The seams were so professionally done I could hardly tell where the alterations were made. Im so relieved to have finally found the perfect tailor. 100% pleased will reccomend and return for their services.

I just got back my bridesmaids gown yesterday and Im so happy I went to Professional Tailor! I was hesitant to go because I read about a poor/fair review, but it was over 3 yrs old & a friend highly recommended her. I have no issues with the hem & take in job she did. She had a really fast turn around time, which is also why I chose her, and very reasonably priced. Will do business again and will also highly recommend to others!

I’ve been going here for 15 years. I moved an hour away and I still bring my clothes to her! She has remade blazers that were too large for me, altered formal gowns and bridesmaid dresses and hemmed pants and dresses beautifully. I don’t trust anyone else with my alterations.

I had a bridesmaid dress hemmed here. I was charged $30. On the day of the wedding, right after putting the dress on, the hem began to come out. When I returned to town I brought the dress back in and asked if it could get fixed. The worker immediately got defensive and said she had done a good job and accused me of doing something to it. I stayed very calm and said it was alright I just wanted it re-hemmed. I asked if I would have to pay for it again and she began YELLING at me, again accusing me of doing something to it and saying it had looked great when I left with it. I found myself apologizing (though Im not sure what for) and she would not stop yelling at me. I finally said never mind and walked out.

I threw the staff a curveball a few months back and they were able to help me out in a pinch

She did an aweful job with my dress. I had a hole in my dress. I tried to repair it by a stitch unsuccessfully. I took it to her to cut it and make two diagonal seams and sew over the hole. She never took my original stitch job out, sewed over it and it looked very sloppy. When I asked her to fix it she got an attitude, slammed stuff, took the dress and did a quick stitch. It looked a little better but I wasted my time and money. I am going to try and find someone else to see if they can make it better. I will NEVER NEVER giver her my business again.

She provides great services for the price! Ive taken several pairs of pants to her and Im always happy with the results. I think I paid $10 to have my pants tapered and $12 to lengthen the hem.

I got two pairs of pants repaired here. Took about a week and cost $12. You cant even tell they were ever damaged. HIGHLY recommend!

I am very disappointed with the quality of the work and the price I had to pay for that kind of work. Out of the 4 items I took I was only somewhat satisfied with 2. I needed some dress pants to be taken in and although it was the correct amount, the seams were a bit uneven. I took a dress in as well, hoping to reduce the strap length in the back. They ended up ripping the dress itself and not even fixing it (the seams were also uneven). I honestly dont think I will do business with them, and I will probably take my dress back.

I just picked up my wedding dress!! They were so good to me! The pricing is so reasonable too!

Insanely rude, I called to get average pricing and she was so not helpful. I told her that I understood she would need to see the dress but was just looking for a price range and she raised her voice and wouldnt let me speak. I would never want to go to a location with such rude staff.

Walked around inside the place for at least 20 minutes without even seeing anyone. I couldve done anything. I called out and no one even answered me.

She ruined two pairs of designer jeans. I took them in to be hemmed, something that should not be hard. Ive washed one pair once and the hem is already coming loose. I noticed the second pair werent done well in the store and attempted to talk to her about it. She said it was fine, it wasnt, and then wandered off and ignored me. I was the only one there. If she cant hem jeans then I wouldnt trust her with anything else.

It is a good place, fast and good work.
