Tom and James run a tight ship. They get things done right at an affordable price. Their staff in every department is top rate; dry cleaning, wash & fold, alterations, sheets & bed linens cleaned & pressed, if needed. They make it easy to look like a gentleman; proper, crisp, and well kept. Ive made a vow to myself to look as good as possible; Ive tried to all along; but especially during the isolation, Ive become complacent & a bit lazy. Its not to my liking. I think this is a great company. They try very hard to please and satisfy. They have never let me down. My thanks to all of you. It is not easy to do as good a job as they do, week in and week out. I gave them my NMDs to clean and the shoes were treated very poorly. They were probably submerged in water for some time. I can see parts of the shoe swollen.

Too expensive to was clothes by the lbs. Especially for A vision impaired person . Sad😬☹

Visited them and was very impressed with their attention to detail. Good people doing good work, keep it up.

I took two cashmere sweaters and a custom hemmed London fog coat to this establishment as they are delicate and dry clean only. When I brought the garments home i didnt think anything negative. A month and a half later I go to look through my wardrobe and I noticed that the coat and one of my sweaters were shrunk and the other cashmere sweater had holes in it I now have 400 dollars worth of ruined clothing due to the carelessness of this establishment. Needless to say I am not pleased.
