I don’t really know the exact age of our chimney but what I know is that it is pretty old. The house inspector told us that it is advisable to hire the service of the professional before using the fireplace. We took his advice and called several companies and ended up with this one. Apart from the fact that they were CCC verified, I also like the fact that they are polite and friendly to their customers. They also gave us some expert advice if we plan to convert our wood-burning fireplace into a gas. This may not be our current priority but it may still come in handy in the future.

I like somebody that stands behind their work. When Jacob came and repaired our fireplace we were feeling a lot happier about it because it had its issues. It was just old and wearing down, and Jacob spent about two hours doing some repairs. However, about a month after he fixed it we noticed that there was leaking coming in during a heavy rainstorm. We called him right away and he did not answer for a day and we were figuring he was going to try to escape out of this without answering what the hell was going on. Our fears were alleviated and removed when he called back the next day. He apologized and said he would be right out. He didnt respond right away because wanted to make sure he was available right away to come to our house and inspect the damage whenever we had the time. Fortunately, we were ready right then. Jacob came out and he did a great job of inspecting and fixing the trouble spot. He came out a week later to check and make sure everything was okay again. He even came out one month later to do one more inspection. We like people that stand behind their work, and Jacob proved to be one of those people. I like this service and I recommend them. It’s good to know you have someone who will stand behind their work.

The owner was an angel. We have neglected our chimney for years and we did not pay attention to it until we notice that the smokes are returning inside our home. Since this can be dangerous and we are worried that carbon monoxide is leaking, we commissioned his service. When he came, he immediately performed a diagnosis of the problem. he also presented us numerous options and allowed us to decide. There was no pressure which made the experience very pleasant.
