Use this service every two weeks almost and submit application I dont hear from them for 24 hours I call they tell me my pay stub pic is to blurry, were you not going to tell me that, just gonna let me sit in limbo. Dont know if Ill return now I have to wait til Monday to get any money because Im at work and cat take another picture till tonight.

Extremely poor customer service. Clearly most people that come in are in need of help, having financial barriers or difficulties. The least you can do is have a pleasant experience.

Ghetto trfling location with old black ladys. Rude and trifling. Refused to check my paperwork and said we dont accept that. How you dont accept blank checks and paystubs that match my bank and direct deposit. Before I got to the counter the lady before me got turned down without even checking her paperwork. Need new employess and a better Ac. The staff in the back playing and laughing and a old hag at the counter on the phone not accepting customers. This place a joke.
