The owner is the Obi Wan of vacuums. His knowledge, skill and custom service is awesome. He is my new and only Vacuum guru.

I have been going here for years and the gentleman is always kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful.Not for those who have a fear of dogs. There is a beware of dog sign displayed right by the store hours, but the Dalmatians are very friendly.

It was a very good experience and the dogs were very good. They were well behaved even everyone wearing masks! I was given lots of information, got a good deal.I would be happy to recommend him to family members and friends.

Brought in our older Dyson DC14 pet vacuum and was quite pleased with the service. Had a total overhaul of the unit with replacement filter, brush and serviceable parts. The vacuum came back like new and has worked wonderfully ever since.When I first arrived I was greeted by the owners two large dogs, but being a dog person it wasnt any issue at all. Certainly surprising, but not anything Id mind.I did get a lecture on getting the vacuum serviced more regularly (which I deserved) but have been completely pleased with the results.

Just bought our new vacuum from Mr. Gordon yesterday! Wow! Our carpets in our home have never been so clean! Thanks!He made a great presentation of the many machine options he offers! We took our new vacuum home and it has performed wonderfully.WB

Gordon is super nice and very helpful! He fixed my Dyson on the spot for VERY reasonable price. I would definitely recommend visiting him before you just throw away your old vacuum. He also has a very nice shop Dalmatian to befriend!

Very rude an unprofessional. Plus has 3 big ass dogs in the store dog hair everywhere an let them get on the customers. I wouldn’t tell anyone to go in there!!! No stars

Not good, owner was rhude and short temper used my sweeper to test in his shop and his dog hairs went into my sweeper.

Rudd as hell. Dont know how to talk to a potential customer.
