I accidentally found this Company on the Internet. I’ve used them twice to clean two oriental rugs that were my parents and had tremendous sentimental value! I’ve had a cleaners in the past let the dye run thru out the rug and it was destroyed! I’ve been apprehensive since and this Company test for the above and made two, 50 plus rugs look brand new! They also offered information about “weffs” in a rug and explained what and why they occur. I couldn’t recommend them more highly for knowledge and a job well done! Hats off!!

I would understand your explanation if I hadn’t specifically requested the service to clean the edges and the person I spoke with said it was part of the typical cleaning procedure. At the time of the cleaning the technician said two different things: 1. Normal wear and tear (then it was shown that it’s accumulated dust/dirt and able to be removed with minimal brushing. 2. The tech said his cleaner would scratch the baseboard so he stays away from those areas. He reported it would have to be removed by hand. He removed the dirt in edges going down the stairs. However, he did not do the master bedroom. Thus, the owner response that it is nearly impossible to remove without removing the baseboards is not what was going on in this space (as it was removed easily with a toothbrush). Thanks for your reply. I will look forward to talking with you in the near future.

There was a white residue on my wood floors that I am still trying to get out and splattered cleaner on other things in the kitchen. The grout is cleaner, but not worth the trouble.The guy was nice, but I was very disappointed.

The rug cleaning was good, especially for 11x 14 rug. The person who delivered the rug was initially helpful but when I thought the rug needed to moved 5 inches closer to the fireplace, he was clearly not interested in helping with that. So my husband and I will redo it—we’ve moved it before but since I was paying for delivery, I expected a better attitude.

This is the second time we have used Sani Bright. Christian provided the carpet cleaning service earlier today and was terrific. Work was completed in 2 hours and when he finished, everything looked very good. He even cleaned an extra pathway thru a carpeted room that we really appreciate. Would use this service again and if we do, will request Christian as our provider.

The stain was hopeless but Brian did his best! Thanks for sending him the next day and for communicating brief delay in arrival time.

They were really great! The lead technician who came to pick them up and then return them was so careful to place them perfectly (and mark them to rotate them as needed) and even cut my rug pad because it wasnt completely covered by the rugs. The rugs were very well cleaned as well!

Not sure what to think. I have used Sani-Bright several times in the past. This time they cleaned a little bit less area than previously, and the cost was significantly higher. Protection plastic had always been placed under legs/feet of furniture in the areas where the carpet was cleaned; this time it was not. I did call the office following the cleaning today. Then I received an email asking for my review. My carpets are clean, but will probably shop around the next time.

The technician was on time, polite and informative about the cleaning process. De Mond did a great job except for one aspect of the job. He did not clean under the three twin beds. I assumed that was covered in the job to clean all carpeted areas. I would like to have those areas cleaned as soon as possible. Penny Wetterau

We had had a first time visit from our Grand-dog over the Christmas vacation. Our house normally doesnt have a dog but with the Sani-Bright agent/technician here this year, I could see where the dog didnt leave much unmarked. Nearly all of the corners and near table legs and bedspreads, where they hung down, many were marked as his. We hadnt understood how thorough he had been. These spots were marked out in advance and the technician did a wonderful job of cleaning the carpet and removing the indications of urine, visibly. Sani-Bright is the only company we have ever used on our home. We were introduced to Sani-Bright before we took posession of our home and they came to clean the carpet before we moved in and they have been back annually since then. We love them and will invite them back the next time we want it cleaned for us.

One thing that impressed me before they even arrived was the responsiveness and customer service from the sales manager, Chelsie. As a new customer, I had several questions about various things. She answered promptly and completely. My husband received the technicians when they came to our home and he also commented on their warmth and professionalism. They did a great job moving our furniture and cleaning our carpet. They removed stains that I was worried would never come out. I was pleased and will be using this business again.

I cant recommend them highly enough. Very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. They transformed a wool rug I had almost given up on. They are wonderful!

They do a nice job if you just want the center of the carpet cleaned. However, if you want edges or crevices cleaned, the job is poorly done and I found them unresponsive to my requests. Prior to hiring Santi-bright, I asked if they clean the edges of rooms and staircases. I was told that is typical procedure. In addition, I specifically asked the technician at my home to clean the crevices/edges in the room and stairways. I was told that the dark edges were wear and tear. I then showed the technician that it was actually dirt and he cleaned the stairs going to my basement (and he explained that his tool would scratch the molding so he would have to do it by hand). Additionally, I specifically asked if he cleaned the edges around the master bedroom and the tech said he did. When I went up to look, after the technician had left, the edges in the master bedroom were still dirty. Very disappointing.

Ive previously used Sani-Bright for area rug cleaning and been pleased with the service/results. I had new light-colored carpet installed at the end of 2019 and after just a couple of months and almost zero use of the room our reflux-prone dog decided to use it for privacy during one of his vomit episodes. I discovered the yellow-green trails ALL over the room after they were already long-dry, and then the Covid shutdown happened. Fast-forward multiple months (of stain-setting) until I finally got around to scheduling a cleaning. Scheduling with S-B was very easy and they were able to get me on their schedule quickly. Greg showed up exactly on-time, and gave good advice for what to do if this happened again. He was very honest about being unsure if he would be able to fully lift the stains. He worked very hard and at the end now I have my new carpet back! Thank you Greg and Sani-Bright and now its on me to keep the tender-tummy dog out of there!

Every part of my experience with Sani-Bright was great. They are professional, polite and did a wonderful job at our home. I did pay more than I have with other companies in the past. For what I got in return I still feel that I saved time, stress and had better results... That is priceless!

Not overly impressed. Employee arrived and started bringing in machinery. After not hearing any noise for awhile, I looked in the room, and he was talking on his cell phone for quite awhile. I removed everything off all side tables so he could move the tables to clean the rug under them, but he did not move one item. Consequently, there are still coffee stains on the rug, where I had spilled a cup of coffee. My walk through with the employee consisted of me showing him the rooms to clean.

I love this company! Jon comes to my home at least twice a year to clean the carpet in my home. I have an older dog. Jon uses something to remove spots where she urinates. When he is done, it looks like I have new carpeting. In the past he has cleaned my living room furniture. He also has cleaned the tile in my entryway, kitchen & bathroom. John, the gentleman who cleaned my carpets, called me when he was on his way to tell me his expected time of arrival, was thorough in his cleaning of the carpets, advised me up front how long he thought it would take, and explained the process he would be using. He informed me of how long each carpet would take to dry and suggested ways of speeding up that process with fans. He was courteous and clearly knew what he was doing! He wore booties whenever he entered my home from outdoors and was respectful of our home. A week after having the carpets cleaned I can say they look wonderful and I will certainly call them back the next time I need carpets cleaned!When I called to schedule the cleaning the representative on the phone was also polite, asked pertinent questions about the state of the carpet, offered me a discount since I was having 5 areas cleaned and was very accommodating.

Second time Ive used Sani-Bright and they did not disappoint! The technician who performed my cleaning was on-time, very professional and thorough. He was able to get out many stains from our carpets (even nail polish!), and most areas were dry within 6 hours. They even leave two bottles of stain remover they will refill for free at their office location.
