After seeing this place highly rated, I was looking forward to getting my car interior cleaned out and like new again. When I called I was shocked but delighted that they could work on my car in the same week I called, but in hindsight, that should have been a red flag. My car was poorly cleaned at best and they missed parts all together and streaked up the windows and dashboard. When I went inside to ask about it, the man behind the counter mentioned how busy they were and that he could send someone out to look at it. A woman there said that its always that busy, which didnt give me any more confidence. The guy who came and looked at my car wiped off the dash again and then when I mentioned other parts he said it had already been cleaned. To top it off, when I got home and looked at my floor mats, they had also not been cleaned and there was still dirt crumbs on the plastic linings. If theyre too busy to do the job right, dont schedule so many people.I then called the main customer service and got the busy signal so I decided to call then next morning and it still was busy so I left a voice mail. They returned the call the following day and told me the customer service for my area only deals with email. Its now been a week since the service and more than 3 business days since reaching out to the correct customer service. Im thoroughly disappointed at the level of service. It was clear that they couldnt be bothered to fully clean the car, but had the time to take my money.
This Ziebart location does an awesome job! Very professional and thorough. Ron Grow was my contact, and he did a great job explaining all the products and my options for the best value. I will be returning every year for the rust proofing touch up, Diamond coating, and professional grade RainX treatment. And, Im going back for window tint soon, because theirs is top quality and reasonably priced.
These guys say they are professional had rocks still under my seat upon pickup. They are sure to inspect the vehicle when it comes in but nobody is inspecting for what they expect. Save $300 and do it yourself below is a picture of my leather seats that were supposed to be cleaned.
Ziebart on 86th is a great place! The honest and informative staff truly seemed to care about helping others and not just making a sale. Egypt was a pleasure to work with. Ziebart did exactly what I wanted. They were quick and did a super clean job.. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
This is my third time at this location. They do an annual service to my 2019 GMC car (that I purchased when I bought the car) that includes exterior paint and underbody and interior protection. They also treat my windshield to avoid glare and streaking. Im highly satisfied with the customer care that this team provides and highly recommend them.
I paid $140 for an interior detail which was supposed to include a sweep, shampoo, hot water extraction, door panels, dash, and glass. There was crumbs & dog hair left in my floor boards, they didnt even sweep the trunk out but yet they put my clean floor mats in the trunk that was not swept out, they didnt sweep the crumbs out of my car, there was dog hair ok the floor & dust on the dash and door panels, they did a horrible job, I will never use this service or recommend this company to anyone. The guy at the desk was very rude & seemed very irritated to check me out before I even realized saw what my car even looked like, then when I saw they did a horrible job I came back in and he refused to talk to me and passed me off to some other guy. Horrible experience.
Absolutely amazing job (windowing tinting). Very clean, lines are straight and it looks great. Ive been to this location many times and Ill always bring cars here for window tinting.
They do a good job on a full body wash, but DON’T let them talk you into fixing scratches, they simply can’t or don’t have the expertise, happened to me twice, paid $150 - $300 each time with little or no effect, they shouldn’t be offering a service they can’t deliver. While doing a walk around inspection of my vehicle, the sales person noticed a few scratches and offered to remove them, I asked her if they can remove the scratches completely, she went back to check with her manger and said yes we can get those off at least “ 70% if not a hundred,” after all said and done the scratches are still the same as they were prior to, barely made any difference, in-spite of the technician trying it more than once. I learnt my lesson, take it to a professional body shop for any scuffs or scratches, don’t waste your money here. Deceptive advertising to say the least.

Took the car in for stain removal on the paint. They said they can get the stains off, guaranteed. When I went to pick up (after a full day), car was parked out as if all done. Saw very little (if any) improvement. After complaining, they have me wait for someone to buff the car in front of me under ceiling shop lights that make it hard to see the stains. Two of their own people tell me any more buffing will damage the paint. So I agree to stop. Under proper lighting, I now see they were unable to remove the majority of the stains. Unprofessional assessment and irresponsible workmanship. I do not recommend this shop.UPDATE: Fyi, for those who saw their reply to my review. I did send them an email as requested, but unsurprisingly didnt hear back.

It would be a zero if I could. Brand New van dropped off at Ziebart for Alarm system. The vehicle has drove with no keys in ignition, alarm goes off as Im driving down the street and blows fuses through out the van. This morning car wouldnt even start. Run away as quick as possible. Oh its not there fault and they do not go above what is asked to make things right.
Just bought a $75,000 truck and got the Ziebart package from the dealership. Dropped it off yesterday to have them put the Ziebart coat on the paint. When I went to pick my truck up, 100% of my paint has been scratched and you can see the buffer swirls. This is by far one of the worst things that has ever happened to me. I’ve had this vehicle for four days and it is completely ruined now. I literally cried myself to sleep because this truck was beautiful before I dropped it off. If Ziebart does not fix the situation I will be suing for the entire $75,000. You can tell that whatever polish or brush they use was not clean. I would not recommend taking your new vehicle to this company because they will destroy your car.

I went with a new ford f 150 to do a bed liner and they did a poor job, they didnt pay attention to the details, im not to happy with the quality. I dont recommend this company.

Got an interior detail job.. looked amazing at first glance.. but I have to admit someone was slacking.. I moved seat to check under seats and forgot to vacuum under drivers. They did take car back and redo it ASAP.. Management wasnt happy.. but they bent over backwards to fix.. I suggest moving anything you want to keep.. But in a bag and move to trunk.. detailer was lacking my logic to put items into a bag. I found things in my glove box, arm rest and in my trunk.. all from my cup holder area... Over all I would do it again or recommend someone to get it done..
I took my Tesla to them for the front paint protection wrap and ceramic window tint. They were super busy when I arrived, but they move people through pretty efficiently. Look, this place isnt cheap, but they are very professional and did a great job. I like that their window tint is cut on a machine and not by hand. Eliminates the risk for the razor blade slipping and cutting my door panel or scratching the glass. I have the paint protective film on another car and it is freaking solid stuff. Lots of rock hits, NO paint damage. The car is 10 years old and still looks great. Good company to work with.
Had a great experience with Ziebart on 86th st. Had the paint seal and fabric protection. Also purchased a tonneau cover. The truck looked great inside and out.

I spent more than a year trying to find someone willing to install my after-market grill on my truck. Every other place refused to help because I didn’t buy it from them. These guys got me in days later and installed it at an affordable price. Then they did my regular paint protection plan. Highly recommend these guys who do a great job and are super reliable.
The crew at Castleton Ziebart are the best! They detailed the interior of my 2012 Toyota Camry, and diamond glossed the exterior. The car looks like brand new! Fantastic job! Two enthusiastic thumbs up! I highly recommend them!
Its pretty expensive but its an investment. And that alone makes at least the diamond worth putting on almost any car. 500 (450 on sale) to cover the whole front of your car is definitely a sound investment and Im looking forward to getting it on the rest of my car.

My car has never looked better. Ziebart did a great job and there were no surprises in the price or amount of time they needed. The only reason I cant give them 5 stars is the smell. It was so strong that it gave me a headache. The smell lasted for 2 days.

I called this Ziebart location to schedule an interior detail for my car. Over time, a lot of dog hair and debris accumulates in the back seat, and I made this very clear over the phone. I wanted to make sure that it was okay and that no one was taken by surprise. I was assured that it would be fine.When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I was told that my car was too dirty for them to accept. They said that they really werent supposed to take cars this dirty but that they could help me out by charging me double ($200 instead of $100) and keeping my car overnight. This wasnt an option for me (both because of the cost and because I only have one car, so leaving my car overnight with them would involve me sleeping in their parking lot).I reminded them that they had interior detailed my car a couple years ago when it was in a similar condition and that it was fine and had been done in a few hours, and they insisted that their policies had changed.I told them that I really didnt need my car to be pristine—that as long as I had a dog, I understood that my car would likely never be pristine—and that I really just wanted it to be better than it is now. They said again that, no, they could not work on my car. They insisted again that they would have to vacuum and shampoo it twice and that it would cost me double and that theyd have to keep my car for two days. I asked if they could just do whatever they normally do (only vacuum and shampoo once), with my full understanding that the car still might not be perfect afterward. They said no. They said repeatedly that my car was too dirty and they werent really supposed to take cars this dirty.It was embarrassing to be told over and over again about how my car is apparently too disgusting for them to clean. First of all, I tried to make that as clear as I could over the phone, and the person I spoke to indicated it would not be a problem. Secondly, this is exactly why I was bringing my car to a professional. If I only had a few crumbs on the floor, I would have vacuumed it myself. In my mind, this is exactly the sort of situation in which you bring your car to Ziebart. And thirdly, I admit that it was very dirty, but I feel that they exaggerated the situation. Yes, there was a lot of dog hair and debris (dry leaves and dust from my shoes), but nothing that couldnt be vacuumed up. There were no stains or spills or anything ground into the upholstery. I wish I could attach photos so that you could decide for yourself how dirty it was, but I cant because my car is currently being serviced by a company who was happy to take it.I am sure that Ziebart does nice work, and maybe they are a good choice for many or most customers. But in this situation, I felt that their customer service was very poor. I tried repeatedly to suggest a compromise, but their only solution was to create greater expense and inconvenience for me. Instead of leaving with a clean car, I left feeling very embarrassed and ashamed. I wont be going back.
Staff was amazing and friendly. The job they did on my SUV was beyond amazing. I have had more than 6 years of dirt, mud, spills, crumbs, and dog hair/slobber/other stuff built up and ground in, and my car looks brand new on the inside. Would 100% recommend them.
I had them tint my front windows and do the rust inhibitor and prevention on the bottom of an f-150. They did a good job, at at good price, and they were quick.

A while back, a car scratched my cars drivers side fuel tank door and took off, leaving me with a nasty scratch that was very visible. I tried to take a paint repair kit to it, but failed miserably and it turned out worse.After taking it to Ziebart to repair the scratch and botched home paint job, it looks brand new. Ziebart is now my go-to for all scratch and body paint repair! Can’t recommend them highly enough. Very friendly staff and reasonable prices

I have taken two cars there recently for both rust protection and protective film installation. I could not be more satisfied. After a small issue with the rust protection they worked to make everything right. The protection film was installed recently and I was warned by a competitor based in Carmel that charged almost double their work would be shoddy and I would regret using them. The attention to detail and follow up could not be matched anywhere. Highly recommend them.

Staff was very helpful in helping me pick what sort of lining would be best for my truck based on how I use it and other factors. Plus the lifetime warranty that comes with the Rhino lining means Ill be back! Ive got a Chevy Silverado 1500 and plan on coming back to get a remote starter (to combat this Indiana winter) and a rust-proofing spray.
My husband was having a bed liner installed. While in the store, I noticed Ziebart also does car detailing. I scheduled an appointment the next day and cant tell you how pleased I was with both the results and the five star customer service. I would highly recommend Ziebart! So far my experience with Ziebart has been sub-par. I purchased truck cap for my truck Nov 27, 17 and was told that it would be 6 week for it to arrive because of the holiday season. I then went back on 12/15/17 and ordered running boards and spray in bed liner. They told me that I could get the running boards and spray in liner scheduled as soon as a couple days out, but I wanted to only to be without my truck once, not several visits.I had not heard from the Ziebart location that I purchased these items after 6 weeks so I called and they did not have my order in the store, nor did they have any record of my purchase. So I had to try to remember all of the options that I had selected the first time to order from memory as my version of bill did not contain any specific details. I was given a discount on the Ziebart full vehicle rust/scotch guard type protection package.So it about a month my truck cap cam in, since I was on vacation I had to delay a week before being able to schedule the installation for 2/16/18. It took about a dayand a half for the install because of the spray in bed liner and in door and under vehicle protection.This time-frame was exactly what I was told so I was OK with the time away from my vehicle. When I picked up my truck we did a walk through of everything that was done and the employee cleaned off a sticker that was on the truck cap.On the way home I stopped to get gas and was admiring my new truck cap and noticed an eraser sized bubble in the paint and 2 minor scuff marks on the passenger side of the truck cap. I immediately went back to Ziebart and talked with the an employee who said that he would have to call his manager and call me back. That was on Friday, since I had not heard back from then on Wednesday I called them up and left a message. I did not get a call back in 90 minutes so I drove to the store.When I got there they knew why I was there and they asked me to go to a new car dealer and get an estimate from their service department on getting it fixed to take back to Ziebart. That is where I am now, running around town to get this job completed. I like the products, except the paint bubble and scuff marks, the employees are friendly.

They dont push services, they explain them and the cost and let you decide.Ive just had a vehicle in for tint, clear film, Diamond Coat and sound deadening. I dropped my truck off first thing in the morning for reapplying the rust protection, interior treatment and window tint on my 2015 GMC Denali. They did and absolute AWESOME job! The truck looked as good as it did when I bought it new. Thanks guys, looking forward to using you again in the future.
I am usually pretty stingy about handing out a 5 star to a service. But this was a no-brainer. I took my 50th anniversary Mustang in for annual check with detailing both inside and out. I had the car taken to Zeibart for undercoating and Diamond gloss before I ever took delivery of the car 5 years ago. This was my first experience with the Castleton location and I can easily say my car has NEVER looked better. The shine on the outside was perfect, the inside of the windows and windshield had zero streaks (which is usually the downfall of most detailing shops). I could not be happier with the service I received and wish I could give them 10 stars.

This is a very stingy business and are definitely Sales oriented not customer oriented. I purchased a gift card for my mom for an automatic starter that was on sale for christmas. she ended up buying a new car with an automatic starter before she put in the new one. They would not let us return the gift card for a refund even though headquarters told us that it was up to the individual owner to give a refund (meaning they are able to but not willing to). They then told us that we wouldnt even be able to buy an automatic starter for another car because they raised the prices again. I wish I didnt have an auto detailing package with them because I would definitely choose to go elsewhere and i will absolutely not be visiting this location again. very disappointed with the customer service.
If I could use a 0 I would. Had an appointment confirmed with my car information...cleared car out for annual cleaning (no small task). Was told when I arrived that we were outside the window of contract so had to either void my contract, or wait 2 months to get my pre-paid service done. Even asked if I had ever signed a contract before. Most employees and service in past have been strong, but this moved me from thumbs up to BIG thumbs down.
Bought a brand new Silverado 2500, took it into this place to have the bed Rhino lined, and I was unaware they out-source the work (they dont do the job on site). So their sub-contractor took my BRAND NEW TRUCK and DROVE it 79 miles total, to their facility out of the area. I brought it into the shop with 37 miles on it, mind you. They did not tell me this our get my authorization. Then they said they needed more time to do the job than I was told, because their sub-contractor was busy with other work.
It had been a few years since Id taken my old 99 Corolla in to a different Ziebart location for interior detailing to compensate for my constantly abusing the vehicle as a diner and lazy-@%%ed-job at keeping the tables bused. Once again, same as the place before, these people did an unbelievable job! This time I asked the man behind the counter if they actually remove the seats to do what they do and he said, No. It must be magic, then, cause Ive never been able to get a vacuum hose even close to the places they got clean-as-new! Amazing!

First service experience was at Lafayette location and results were unsatisfactory. See additional review posted there. I ended up in touch with the regional franchise owner who helped to schedule a follow up appointment at this location to correct the issues.Manager there had planned on meeting me there to cover items in person upon drop off, but he was stuck at a different obligation. Service representative checked me in, but didnt seem to have any record of what was to be done or what the situation was. This was concerning right off the bat. He called manager and got instructions from him. I arrived for car pickup later that day. Manager and I went through the car together at this point. Several items were unsatisfactory upon pick up, including bugs remaining on grill, windows were smeary to the point it was visible form a distance, and obvious areas of cleaning agent residue remaining on plastic.The manager agreed with these concerns and pointed out additional things that he did not approve of. He commented that his inspector didnt check it. However, I dont think he was intending to either because it was nearly 5:00 and I was told the car was ready for pick up. Manager was very pleasant and accommodating, kept the car overnight and had things touched up (and dried out) for pick up on Sunday. This was great since my weekend plans were going to keep my car in a underground parking garage where it wouldnt have dried out very well. I appreciate that and the final results were satisfactory. However, I dont think Ill return to any of this regions Ziebart locations. I understand there are limitations to what can be done, but I feel like its unreasonable to take 4 tries to get complete results that match expectations.
Great food, great service. If you belong to the bonefish insiders (email) club (they had 20% off all weekend), the Dine Rewards club (which is also used for outback, carrabas, and flemings) and buy bonefish gift cards at Costco that are typically 20% off... Its a triple play!

I’m soooo happy I headed over to Ziebart back in November. They helped me add a hitch to the back of my Nissan Quest and also am extra USB for charging in the back seat. They were quick giving a quote, made sure to confirm which part I would need and provided great customer service. They were super to deal with, professional but fun to interact with, as well. I would absolutely head back there again for other customizations.
