Had a water heater burst April 19th. Ardsley Group just finished the carpet install today September 3rd. Very unprofessional and poor communication. Took off many days from work for scheduled repairs and nobody showed up or called/texted to let me know they were not coming. Avoid this company at all costs. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor and I have built manufacturing facilities in Columbus, IN and Indianapolis, IN.

Can you even do less than one star? If you stumble upon Ardsley Group keep moving. This place is either a joke or a scam operation. They were assigned by my home warranty, and never showed up. Got a hold of someone finally, I think they answered the call by accident, and was told by a guy who said his name was Ken . ( even gave me his personal email), to send pictures of the problem and they would file the claim as if they actually came out and diagnosed the problem. I sorta feel like that is a felony, filing fraudulent claims through electronic communication. I could be wrong.Never heard back. Filed a new work order with my warranty company and believe it or not, got a call from Ken . He must have thought I was a new customer he could scam. Instead of driving out and diagnosing the problem, he just asked for pictures sent to his personal email. Did as requested and then never heard back.This is has been a 4 month process. As far as I know, they closed out the job and collected from the warranty company without ever actually doing anything.You are more likely to be able to trust the guy on facebook marketplace selling Apple Airpod Pros for $29 and asking to meet on the Eastside of Indianapolis than trust Ken or the Ardlsey Group to provide any kind of service. But Im sure you can trust them to take your money.

This company did a wonderful job on our kitchen remodel.the work was very detailed,and the work crew was very respectful of our home by keeping it clean as possible while they did their job.

Ardsley Group remodeled 3 bathrooms. They did a fantastic job. I would definitely use them again.

We had a storm on the 27th, they came out on the 28th, met with my adjuster on the 2nd and installed my roof new roof yesterday! Awesome, quick and easy process.

It went great! The workers showed up at the scheduled time and work was done professionally and within the time needed to do repairs. They repaired my roof, replaced the skylight, replaced the entire bathroom ceiling! Noticed a few other places that needed repairs and did those as well. They even repaired the kitchen skylight as well which showed some leaking. I would recommend Ardsley Group and definitely use them again. Thank you!

Caught one of their solicitors rifling through mailboxes. After the police told them to leave, they parked outside my mothers house to intimidate her. They only left after being told that the cops could come back or they can opt for an ambulance.
