I have been a customer at this barbershop for a year, and I will say that I have never been disappointed with the service.I had the pleasure of meeting Ty this week, and he blew me away with his phenomenal customer service. He obviously loves his job, and he loves each client who walks through the door. His communication and problem-solving skills are bar none. I was so impressed with the way I was treated by Ty that he will now be my barber, and that of my two young sons, as well.Because Ty was booked for the weekend, I was fortunate enough to have Stacy, a female barber, to cut my sons hair on a walk-in basis. Stacy communicated with both me and my child, she was patient and soothing while I held my son for his haircut, she offered me a chair to use while I waited, and she explained each step of the process to my son, who has special needs. She even went as far as to shave her own arm with the clippers to show my son that the clippers would not hurt him.In all, I would recommend ANY barber at this barbershop, and, if you are a walk-in and dont mind awaiting phenomenal service, this place is worth the wait.

If you want a great haircut then I recommend coming here. They do walk ins but like any other place youll have to wait, sometimes an hr+, but I usually call and set up an appointment a few days before so I can just walk in and get my cut right away. I always go there with my son (hes 5) and the guy I go to his name is Jeffrey, he cuts amazing but they all do a great job!

My Grandson will not go any other place...The staff is very friendly.

There is a bit of a wait but well worth it. My husband made an appointment in advance with one of the barbers for his haircut and our sons. Every barber is nice. Loved their haircut. We make the drive from Noblesville.

I had my daughter take my sons to get hair cuts for my 2 year olds birthday well when she got there they had her sign in nobody never said you have to sign both names she figured they would ask needless to say the birthday boy didnt get his hair cut I feel like thats something they should mention when u enter their establishment

I highly recommend going to this barbershop and asking for Cesar. One of the best barber in town. I always go to Cesar to get a fresh new cut before my business meetings.Appearance matters and he we’ll get it done right. I trust his work since day one.

I honestly don’t know the name of the man who cut my hair but I feel like he did a great job. There was a little bit of a communication barrier but he still did a nice job, and nice fade and was very kind. He took a lot of time on my hair and I appreciated that. Some barbers are nervous cutting women’s short hair but he did pretty good. So to whom ever it was, thank you very much. Also it’s cash only like most barbershops so don’t walk in there with your debit or credit card thinking you’re going to get a haircut.

This barbershop is absolutely amazing everybody in here knows how to cut hair and they cut hair extremely well! I was so blown away how good my sons hair came out. Earlier that day we took him to a different Barber Shop and they messed his hair up so bad! This shop took something that was horrible and made it great I highly recommend this Barber Shop

Best barber experience I’ve had was with Cesar pitino at 123. Been getting cut by him for over a year now and for good reason. Most skilled, clean and responsible barber I’ve met yet. Hit him up!

Owner Yoan has his favorites will ignore your text for an appointment. If you don’t make an appointment you will be sitting all day for just for a haircut. Very unprofessional and rude.I would recommend NVP Barber Salon are way better and does a good job.

The worst barbershop I have ever been to! The barbers played favoritism and took clients out of order. After waiting close to 2 hours I decided to leave and go to Chads barbershop which is only 6 minutes away from this travesty. Go to Chads! They are clean, professional and have some great barbers.

Have been coming to this place for 3 years. I wait long amount of hours and everything but today was it for me. To be told not by my barber but by someone else he only does appointments on fridays wow!!! That’s unprofessional. I would have been ok with him telling me that n I would have made appointment next time but screw that I guess my business isn’t important enough

Waited 3 hrs and didnt even get my 2 sons haircut. Barbers just writing clients names on the board and taking them straight to the chair. One guy was almost bald anyway and they took over an hr to cut his hair ridiculous, and another guy and 1hr and 45min. Needless to say well be taking our business back to Chads.
