While I didn’t get what I wanted for my chapter 7. I would like to state that Brandy is the best person on earth I’ve ever met. She is compassionate, sweet, and highly responsive. She shares in pains and just understands you. She is an encourager and has a way of calming the situation. The firm is BLESSED to have her. She is the reason for my 4 stars. I would hold the 1 star for obvious reasons.

My attorney is Nathan Gooden and his paralegal is Kendall Gooden. Everyone from the pre-filing coordinator to the attorneys were absolutely amazing. Everyone was empathetic to my situation. Bree the coordinator for Redman Ludwig P.C, was extremely helpful, informative, knowledgeable, responsive, and her willingness to help was extremely refreshing! Mr. Goodens sense of humor helped get through the unpleasantness of filing for bankruptcy. He was able to help me when I thought I had no other options left. I hadnt got chance to speak with his paralegal much, other then through email.(I can imagine because they are busy) but her responsiveness was great & I have no doubt that these are all very genuine people! They worked swiftly, and they have years of skill, and experience. They handled my case with diligence, I highly recommend!!

I had put off doing a bankruptcy for a while. The biggest issue was the cost. I was put at ease by my attorney, Tim Fox . With most companies the cost to do the bankruptcy and the filing fees all have to be paid in advance however Redman Ludwig allows you to do a payment plan that is more than reasonable. I went in and my bankruptcy was filed with the court within a few days. I filed for bankruptcy in early 2018 and this office made it very easy for me. I was able to always connect with someone. Brandy spears is easy to talk to and answered all of my emails, while dealing with all of my questions respectfully and genuinely, even though I was confused. I appreciate what they did for me and will happily go to them again if I ever needed to. There was only one time that I had a problem, and it was just due to the poor communication on the end of the man who answered the phone. Everyone else was on point. I would recommend them a thousand times over because they helped me learn how to rebuild my credit and took care of everything while keeping me informed.

These people are consistent in contacting you to file and take your money! Once they take your money they contact you at their convenience and you never hear from them. So you never know whats going on in the process! I went for a meeting with a lawyer and my case was a Chapter 13. The advice given in my situation was to file a Chapter 7. After I sacrifice a whole check to convert the same day and I dont hear from them for over a month and still pending. Did they not realize that the money you just took from me was my rent or car payment? Now these people are calling me and you got my money! This was a complete waste of time and money! You talk about frustration! When you get a real person on the phone they say that Ill call you back or get with the attorney and call you back! WHEN? At least when I had my criminal case my attorneys said to call us at anytime if you got questions and they or the paralegal responded the next day if they were busy!

My experience with the office was more than what I expected. I thought I would have to take off work to submit all documents needed.I was able to send everything thru email so convenient. The process from start to court took about a month, I didnt have to have all money up front,they work with you with a payment plan. I would recommend this law firm to anyone seeking bankruptcy.

Please!!!!!!save yourself and go somewhere else. They are not good. In the beginning they make you feel like they are on top of stuff and they are not. I have had papers that should have been signed to keep my house but they never called me to sign them. Which resulted in extra $1,000+ fees. The paralegal doesnt contact you back when you email them. This office doesnt even deserve 1 star. I was getting orders from court saying I was missing paperwork when I actually gave it to them. All the paralegal does is say let me speak to the attorney and get back with you. The attorney you meet with is not the one that shows up at court with you so he knows nothing. A very lazy company that needs to be closed.

The moment I walked into that filthy office, I should have ran! Bree Snyder told me a bunch of lies, she convinced me to do Chapter 7 with my husband only to find out we dont qualify for 7 but chapter 13. I had been working on my credit and managed to up my score had six credit cards in good standing a new car. Thanks to her I lost all my credit cards and almost my car. Lost paper work at least 4 times. First meeting of trustees the attorney noticed the didnt even calculate our income properly! Stay away from them

I would NEVER use this firm. They did not contact me for months and wonder why I was upset when I FINALLY heard from them months later. They took my money and removed themselves from my case and still tried to charge me an attorney fee. They are a complete RIPOFF. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
