I paid them before this pandemic cause things to shut down I kept trying to call because at the time they started they wasnt able to fulfill the full process until the courts open back up I havent heard from them in months,they have my money orders paid for the class online and received my certificate, been on my job and she stop answering calls had an appointment to a close building they must new they where shutting down definitely feel scam out my money and I turn down another place thinking I was making a good decision by going to half off I regret it...pay full price and let the right people do the job these people are scammers

At my hearing the Trustee actually COMPLIMENTED the paperwork that was done for me. Filing bankruptcy is stressful enough so having everything I needed definitely made the process much easier!! I had my preparations done back in 2016. I did not have much money but needed something done as quickly as possible. I made an appointment and went to the office. Not only was it a great price, but I was offered a payment plan. The paperwork was done thoroughly and I did not need an attorney to accompany me to the court. I believe my preparers name was Kathy. I have read some of the other reviews, but I can only speak for myself. My experience was a great one!

Paid in full 6 mos ago and they haven’t done anything with my file. They keep saying that they are going to give me a call the following week but never do.

I did my bankruptcy with Linda in 2008 and I have referred many people to her that have also had a great experience. Very professional and I am so glad that I did not waste money on a lawyer when there was absolutely no need.

I had my preparation completed in 2018. One of my biggest creditors claimed they never received notice of my bankruptcy. Nicole contacted their Attorney who suggested I give the company my case #, still didnt work so I will have to continue battling it out with them. The worse thing yet is that the Credit Bureaus do not even have any documentation of my Bankruptcy. Obviously somebody didnt do something correctly and Im the one whose trying to figure out how to fix it. I wish I would have had the funds to hire an Attorney because I surely would have. My advice to anyone reading this. Get an Attorney.Update: 8/9/19 Day 2 of leaving a VM on Nicoles personal cell phone (given to me by her) and no callback. Ill NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

I would recommend coming her if your wanting to file Bankrupcty but don’t have the money for an attorney. They do have attorneys that you can speak with if wanting to and also you could still pay for one . They are very great and very nice and have helped me so much .

Paid my money in full 2months aga and still havent heard back from anyone in 3 weeks. Linda said I would be a Priority but she still isnt and hasnt returned my phone calls. I will never use them again. Ive Been Scammed Out Of $365.

I was so please with the services from Ms Heather. She went through ebeything step by step and had my paper work completed in a timely manner. Even during my discharge and after she answered an questions I had and pointed me in the right direction! Awesome!

When you cant afford an attorney, but need to be filed quickly, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone I know.I found Bankruptcy Preparation services (AKA 1/2 Price Bankruptcy) in 2015; when I needed to file but could not afford the $1700 that I was quoted by an attorney. The owner was in the middle of replacing management; so she couldnt complete my preparation. But, the negative reviews I read did not reflect how she actually does business (hence the change in management). So, I decided to give a review as well.BKP cant give you legal advice; so, they access their extensive vault of resources in order to make sure your questions are still addressed without it coming from them. They even have connections with an attorney to make sure their own questions are answered properly; in order to ensure your preparation is done according to court requirements!

I would highly recommend that if you have any questions at all about your bankruptcy you seek a real attorney! I paid them to prepare my papers and in the process they told me that I didnt qualify for a 7 and would have to do a 13 and sent my file to an attorney that works with their office. Well after some time I just had this gut feeling that something just wasnt correct. The attorney that they sent me too is a super sweet man but does not practice bankruptcy law for a living therefore does not keep up with the changing laws in the bankruptcy world. After seeking out an attorney who does this for a living I was informed that I do actually qualify for a Chapter 7 and had the prep service cared two cents about me then they would have told me that if I waited a very brief time to file then everything would have been fine. Now I am stuck with having to get my Chapter 13 dismissed and paying a real bankruptcy attorney to file a new Chapter 7 case. So completely frustrating!!! I could have been done with this 9 months ago!!!

Do not trust this office to prepare your bankruptcy paperwork! The lady who prepares the paperwork kept charging additional money to get my chapter 7 filed within a certain amount of time. I was moving out of town and needed my paperwork filed before I moved. A month after I moved, I received notice that my bankruptcy was dismissed due to lack of paperwork needed to initially file. When I called the preparer, she was rude and did nothing to help me. Once again, do not trust this preparer to prepare you bankruptcy or you risk getting your bankruptcy dismissed.

Very professional, paperwork was accurate and responses to questions were helpful. Last but not least they save me a ton of money over having a lawyer handle my case.

I had an OK experience honestly. Its now going on 2yrs since Ive been there so I dnt kno if there has been changes in staff recently. But the man that prepared my paperwork was very helpful. I looked up almost everything I had to do online before filing so I prepared myself since they cant give legal advice. Only problem I had a problem with its tht while trying to file is that I couldnt get anyone to answer the phone when I was coming to pick up my paperwork. But they were accommodating

Just dont! Go to a real attorney if you want it done correctly!
