Connie Mortensen has been my agent for several years. She is a very genuine person. I truly feel she has my best interests in mind at every turn. When I joined state farm Connie reached out to me soon after and wanted to sit and review protecting my assets. She made it so easy and convenient by coming to any place of my choosing (apartment building lobby for me). She explained everything very well and was very transparent in the different pricing options and we picked the one that best worked for me. Additionally when I called in with an issue regarding my policy, one of her agents, Donna was beyond helpful and did further research into my issues and gave me call backs same day as promised. For the little bit more I pay with state farm versus what I could get elsewhere, the level of service and dedication are well worth it.
