Req info about locksmith reimbursement. Wonderful, nice, very helpful lady. Had all the information and form needed. Also a pre stamped envelope. AAA worth the money.

Chesney, is a great travel agent that always provides honest details, and travel options in our budget.

Too much mail, even when Ive informed you I dont want your services!

Very strict with covid rules, turned people away that stopped to pick up brochures if they did not have an appointment. Not sure why they couldnt grab them for folks?Luckily we had an appointment but oddly when we entered the bldg there were only 3 employees so there so it wasnt as if there was an overload of people in the bldg. We made a total of 5 people inside, more than enough room for social distancing, odd huh? I will say it was difficult to get ahold of anyone to make an appointment. We did get the brochures we needed though

Still full service, but you do need to make an appointment for services (unless you show up to join- you can come in anytime to do that) and you do need to wear a mask. They are very polite and pleasant to work with.

While it was nice having AAA and getting my use out of their roadside services...the HARASSING, DAILY phone calls you get after your membership expires is NOT worth it!

Check them out for travel and helpful information about your travel plans. You need to be a AAA member to use this service. The Member fee is a good deal for your money. One road side trip assist will probably pay for your membership. Check for your car and home insurance needs.

Great Experience, I can’t say enough good things about Chesney. During this crazy C-19 times she has been right on it helping us navigate all these cancellations. My hats off to her. Chesney We ( Ed & Nancy) appreciate you.

After the horrendous phone call I received from a “supervisor” because a technician left something at my residence accusing me of lying when I advised him all he did was jumpstart my vehicle and leave .. I call the branch because of the welcoming message I received from the manager when I signed up and how if I needed anything or had any questions to just call .. well I did and bailey answered before I could get any information out or anything all she heard was I had a service call.. I was still talking and she cold transfers me in the middle of a sentence .. whatever customer service this office offers I do not want it. You are better off with your insurance company for roadside or finding another company for your travel needs.
