Door to door service. The drivers going and coming were polite and helpful and our vehicle was as we left it. The covered parking and monitored lots leave us with peace of mind. Hands down, the best bang for the buck. Your vehicle is under a shelter, in a secured (high fenced) parking lot, with 24 hour live surveillance by humans, along with cameras. You park your car, take out your luggage, lock your car, and then simply step onto one of the numerous transport vehicles circling by to collect travelers. Travelers are whisked away in minutes for an excellent fee!!We have consistently been given reliable, prompt, and efficient service every time when we were out of town for 1, 2, and 3 week periods. No question, the best.

This service was so reliable and easy! The day of my trip I got there and it was raining outside… HEAVY. I scanned my QR code at the front gate and a lady gave me a ticket to park my car in a specific spot. I wasn’t sure where my spot was going down the aisle but in the distance in the rain I see the shuttle waiting one car behind my spot ready for me when I parked and gathered my things. They dropped me and a few others off at the airport and this was the fastest most seamless service I feel like I’ve ever experienced. On my flight back home I wasn’t sure where I’d be picked up at and upon looking up the business in Apple Maps it told me that the place was closed. I called anyway and someone answered the phone and told me exactly where to go. As I walked to that spot the Shuttle was literally coming down the road to pick me up. I got in and handed the driver my parking spot tickets. Literally from pick up to drop off this was the most amazing stress free experience all for ~$23 bucks. Cheaper than at indianapolis airport and with covered parking. Will 100% be using this again. Such a great idea and staff.

My car was clean, safe, and perfect. The shuttle was amazing and the driver was super friendly - helped me with my suitcase and I was exhausted. Making a reservation and being directed to my park space was very easy and the shuttle drivers were great. The shuttle picks you up and drops you off right at your car, the drivers help with your bags, they are pleasant and professional and the drive over to the airport is pretty quick. Once you return, it’s easy to find the bus to take you back to the lot. It’s also less expensive than parking on the airport grounds. I will definitely use FastPark again for future trips.

Great service. Easy to reserve a parking spot and you get a ticket to store in your iPhone wallet. No need to drive around looking for an open spot as the attendant tells you exactly where the open spot is. Buss comes quickly and no long walk as they stop at each row if needed. Buss driver marks your spot on a card that you give to the next driver when you return and they bring you right to your car. You show your reservation ticket in your iPhone wallet when you leave and the attendant calculates the bill. Parking rates are great. A very great experience. I will use them every time I fly out of Indianapolis airport.

I use them every time we fly out of IND. Pro tip: when traveling with a companion we like to send one person to get the bags and one person to get the car at Fast Park. It usually works out perfectly and that is so much better than two people waiting at baggage claim and then two people carrying the luggage over to ground transportation… you get the idea. Whoever gets the car should meet the person who is getting the luggage upstairs at departures because there usually no traffic upstairs especially at night. It can be a mess downstairs at baggage claim when multiple flights arrive at the same time.

Highly recommend! This is a great place to park and relax and not have to worry about your car. The shuttle came and picked us up right away once we parked the car. Also the driver assist us with loading the luggage on and off the shuttle. I will definitely use this service again!

We used Fast Park for the first time when our family recently went on vacation. We love that it was covered parking and for much less than what the airport offered for comparable service. The pick up and drop off right at our car was super quick- we couldnt be happier. The drivers were very friendly as well. Overall a great option for parking and very close to the airport.

This is the place to park!!! Inexpensive, all parking is individually covered, pick you up at your car, drop you off at your car, and no waiting. Really, no waiting for the shuttle. They run every 10 min. My flight was late & I didn’t arrive until 2am. Shuttle was waiting.

Quick pickup and delivery on departure and arrival. We know our car is under cover and secure in our absence. Electric vehicle charging stations are a plus!

Very easy and smooth. I wish I had been using Fast park & relax a lot sooner! The check in & out process was super easy! The shuttle drivers are nice and super helpful. My only issue was that if your flight arrives before 5:30 am, you need to call. I tried calling about 10 times but no answer :( No biggie though! Because we waited at zone 3 and a shuttle picked us up in less than 10 minutes. I would 100% recommend using this service! Plus you don’t have to drop your car keys like some parking lots require. Love it! They are organized and friendly!

First time using and found personal attention to detail and prompt, helpful service. Shuttle bus was immediately available and driver assisted with luggage. Cars are under covered shelter. When exiting I drove through a credit only lane that had no attendant but an attendant came over to help as my first time using exit machines as I was unsure how to operate with bar code and credit card. I also really appreciate the card that driver gives you to find your car upon return from flight. My gps directed me to the lot via no traffic or expressways coming from the south. And when I returned I found the shuttle bus outside at zone 3 where I was served promptly and no waiting. Excellent, reliable and remarkable for a parking lot! I was not paid or solicited with pressure to write this. I hold this place in awe after going through many airports and parking lots all my 74 years living. This place takes away the stress of airport maneuvering. I wish every airport had a parking service like this.

I booked a reservation on Sept. 7th to park our bus. I called this place and spoke to a woman and explained it is a tour bus. She said we could park it there no problem. Today, when we arrived with it they tell us we cannot park there. So if you make a reservation here for anything larger than a car make sure you get the persons name because someone does not know what they can and cannot do. We were left scrambling, and the guy I talked to just said we dont do that here. Be careful!

Id never used Fast Park & Relax before, but now I will always park there when I fly out of Indianapolis. Not only is it convenient and easier to manage than the economy parking lot at the airport, but the staff there is far friendlier and more helpful than what you would encounter at the airport. When I returned from my trip, my car batter was dead. Two people helped me jump it; a third made suggestions of other possible issues that could be causing the problem; they made us comfortable in the office building while we waited on AAA to arrive; and they kept checking on us during our wait. Had we parked on the airport property, Im certain we wouldnt have gotten any of that assistance or attention. They really did their best to make a stressful situation as painless as possible.

I highly recommend FastPark and Relax INDY. We were picked up immediately after we parked and shuttled to the airport. Both drivers to and from the airport were very courteous and helpful with our bags as I had younger children with me. Even my children remarked how easy the process was. High marks all around!

Great experience. I parked and in 1 min the shuttle was at my car and helped me with my bags. The guy was super fast loading and unloading bags. Then on pickup at the airport, I waited 5 minutes or less and was brought right to my car. Then I realized that my keys were left in a different city and he gave me a ride to the main office where another guy was super helpful when I made phone calls, gave me a ride to a hotel and even gave me a free parking pass and said he wouldnt profit on my misfortune. Thank you guys! Youre the best!

When we arrived, the gate attendant directed us to a row for parking, and the shuttle followed right behind us to pick us up. We had ZERO wait, and, as a party of 7, we had a shuttle to ourselves (option to select large party when you make your reservation) and went directly to the airport. SEAMLESS and EFFICIENT! Could not have been more pleased with the service we received!!

Good parking...worst customer service ever!! I disputed the charge on my credit card an received a full credit for their failure to provide the service they charged for. Here is the nightmare I experienced with this terrible company:I parked and was delivered to airport in good fashion. Upon return a week later I proceeded to pickup area that I thought the driver had instructed me to go to a week earlier. Waited about 10 minutes and after seeing no shuttle I called Fast Park & Relax. Dispatch rep stated a shuttle was on the way. I asked to clarify if I was in the correct location. Rep stated that I was to go outside of the double doors by baggage claim and go to zone 3. I thought I was indeed in the correct location as I was outside of a double door of baggage claim with a large number 3 on the door.I proceeded to wait another 30 minutes. At this point, it was now close to 1am and I was extremely weary from my travels. I called the local dispatch a second time to inquire about the shuttle. The representative who took my call (the same voice who answered my first call) stated the shuttle was on the way. I again asked if I may be in the wrong location. The only explanation I was able to receive was I was to proceed out of the double doors near baggage claim to zone 3 and he repeated the statement again in a bothered, monotone, and cavalier manor without further explanation. When I attempted to to clarify his instructions he abruptly ended the call.After another 10 minutes I received no call-back. I called again and explained my situation again with mounting frustration and the representative hung up on me as I was in mid-sentence attempting to ask for some clarification. I attempted to call back two times and no one would answer my call after letting the phone ring over a dozen times.I was forced to hail a cab and pay a $30 cab fee for transport to the Indy Fast Park lot. When I arrived at the lot, the attendant signaled for a shuttle driver to take me to my vehicle. As I boarded the shuttle to be taken to my car, I voiced my dissatisfaction with my experience. The shuttle drivers response completely astounded me! He stated in a most callous and cavalier manor It is not our fault you didnt know where to go. Unfortunately, it is your fault (Indy Fast Park)! When you are providing a service and a customer might happen to be confused in the wee hours of the morning after a weary flight and is desperately seeking some guidance and clarification you certainly are responsible for helping that customer understand how to utilize your service properly by offering even the smallest level of communication assistance and without brazenly trying to dodge any responsibility.The next day I attempted to call them and requested to speak with a manger. No one was available and was told to leave my name for a call back. A day went by and I received no call back. I sent an e-mail detailing my experience to the manager on record, Chad Wittwer, requesting only a partial refund. I was astounded that Mr. Wittwer responded to my e-mail stating that he had no interest in providing any attempt to rectify my frustration and even stated I was somehow inappropriate to voice my frustrations to his employees although I never shouted, cursed, or otherwise berated any of his staff.After 90 days there was no response to my dispute on the credit card charges so I luckily was refunded the entire cost.

Great place to park when flying out of Indianapolis. I came back from a long trip to find that my battery was dead. After asking for some help, a bus driver quickly stopped by to jump me off. What I thought would be a nightmare to get home, turned into a minor inconvenience. Highly recommend!!

First time customer. Greatly appreciated the quick pickup at FastPark to take me to the terminal. I was glad I parked on the south side of the covered parking as I returned after the big snow storm with very little snow to deal with. There was a pretty long wait for pickup (maybe 20-25) minutes but there may not have been as many shuttles running because of the snow (I arrived about 4 PM).

I was almost attacked and racially profiled against with a driver today. On top of that the police was called and he fled the scene before they arrived. In which I couldn’t get his name to fail a report again him and the company. If the company does not return my call (left voicemail) or does not take action against there drives I will and I will make sure every other voice is herd in these comments!

Used Indy Fast Park since the first day they opened. Normally it is excellent service. However, Feb. 19 around 7:30 was an exception. 16 degrees and at least 15+ people waiting for “ the next shuttle” that took at least 15 minutes or more to arrive. Most were trying to stand in the area between the 2 doors near the car rental counters to try to stay warm. Others tried to charge through and wait outside to be in line of all of us already there and waiting. Fortunately several people “called them out loudly” and said they needed to get in line. Hard feelings were created I can assure you.
