My parent’s furnace stopped working last week during the cold weather and ice storms that were blanketing the country. They have insurance through the gas company to cover furnace repairs and the repair company they contract with was terrible, which resulted in them having to stay in a hotel for 2 nights. When they finally showed up and replaced the motor, my parents felt very uncomfortable about if it had been installed properly. They called Miller Plumbing and Heating to come check things out and were thrilled with their professional and timely help. Levi came to their house and checked everything thoroughly. He was knowledgeable, kind and courteous to them and gave them the peace of mind they needed that everything was working properly. This was the first time I used this service to have parts replaced on a kitchen faucet. Although it may seem like a small job, to me it was a big deal since this faucet is always in use. We asked Miller Plumbing to come work on a floor drain in the basement. Originally we were told that we would be put on a waiting list for a confirmed appointment 30 days later. After just a few days they called and said they had an open time and would send someone that afternoon. Travis came over and fixed our problem. We were very satisfied with the service we received.

We have been Miller Plumbing and Heating customers for years. They have done major and minor repairs for us from installing a new sink hoseand unclogging drains to being available 27/7 to come out and get our creaky old furnace going again in the dead of winter and even, once, on a holiday. When our waste pipe broke a few years back, they not only installed a new one within 48 hours, they sent us a bill for LESS than the estimate after the job didnt take as long as expected. The technicians are always courteous and helpful. Were getting a new furnace in the next month or so and there was not even a question that we would purchase it from Miller (no relation, btw).

Brian did an awesome job! He was courteous, kind to our dog, and got the jobs we needed done efficiently. He replaced our toilet and connected the water to our fridge in one trip saving us time and expense. We really appreciated his professionalism overall.

We had a leak on a 3 copper sewage line Travis repaired it quickly and efficiently and checked his work for leaks. He was friendly and a good worker.This is the third time that we have used Miller Plumbing. We have been pleased with their work.

Professional and efficient service

Millers recently installed a new furnace in our house. The install was quick and easy and the price was comparable to other estimates. I would highly recommend using Millers for any heating and cooling issues that you have. Millers has serviced our furnace and ac for over 10 years and we have always been satisfied.

When our morning coffee was interrupted by the hot water tank spewing water and steam, I immediately called our “go to” crew at Miller Plumbing and Heating. It’s the first time I’ve called a business establishment that answered their phone before the actual open time, with an added friendly voice on the other end. She was happy to help with my dilemma by getting all information needed to ensure a compatible tank would be delivered. Brian arrived a half hour later, replaced the tank, and also added a new shut off valve with no inconvenience. Both employees were friendly, professional, and definitely who I’ll call upon again with any problem that may arise. Thanks a bunch!

We had four jobs that required attention. Brian arrived at the promised time, performed the needed work efficiently, and was done in 2 hours.We always call Miller for plumbing and heating work and have always been fully satisfied with their work. Today was no exception.

I really dont appreciate being called a liar and then being scolded at because of your mistake. Then being hung up on. Then air condition we were ordering this summer we not be through nor will I never recommend you to anyone. 8 year customer and this is how you treat someone that has a house with no heat with children inside. Then holding up captive by making us go another day without heat.

Dave and Travis were fantastic! They initially took my call after hours when my hot water tank broke, scheduled me very quickly, arrived on time, had a new one installed in no time, AND it was less than I expected! They even noticed a slow faucet when testing and cleaned that up too. I cant say enough good about this company and definitely recommend them.

2nd and final time using Miller Plumbing & Heating. Both times I was very happy with the service and work performed provided, but the secretary Marie had an attitude on the call when I setup the appointment and inquired about the maintenance insurance service agreement. Then Marie was very rude when she called today alleging she tried to charge my credit card, but the card had been declined. After reviewing all of the information she said that she had written down everything correctly, so she ran it again and sure enough the transaction went through. A simple apology would have probably eliminated the need for me to write this review, but nothing was offered.I dont appreciate being treated with disrespect especially when the company that I gave my business to more than once, was the one who made a mistake. After looking at my credit card temporary charges it looks like the charges went through, 3 times. (See photo) Now I get to call my credit card company to see if the card was really declined or if I need to dispute 2 of the 3 charges.The icing on the cake was shortly after hanging up the phone they emailed me the invoice and I was charged a $3.72 Keyed Credit Card Fee. It probably would have been a good idea to wave that bogus fee, that no other company charges, especially given the operator error that occurred while keying my card today...

Long time customer. They came during a plumbing emergency; they were the only plumber willing to drop everything and come. They’ve installed our air conditioning and tankless hot water heater. Great work! Reasonable prices. Dave Miller is honest and does good work. Marie is just pleasant to talk to. Great people!

I had several meetings with Dave, one being at the house to decide the proper size of equipment. He let me know what to expect when the installers came. They were in and out quickly, with a clean install and removal of old parts. I recommend Millers anytime someone needs HVAC work.
