I highly recommend Dr. Richard Dunning to be your dentist. He is very patient. I felt at ease and did not feel any pain at all while he worked on my tooth. The staff also made me feel welcomed. Dr. Dunning is truly an expertin the field of dentistry!

Really great dental office. The Dentist and staff are professional, knowledgeable and kind. I admit to having moderate to high levels of anxiety when visiting the Dentist. The equipment is modern. They took x-rays, read them while I waited and discussed a plan of action. I would recommend this office to family, friends and colleagues.They are extremely accommodating with appointments and availability. I really appreciate the quick and genuine service they provide. Squeezed me in next morning to get crown put back in. The staff was great in prepping me for the procedure. Dr. Ganglani was very good at explaining what to expect and each step he was taking in the process. In and out in less than 20 minutes.

Staff very friendly, knowledgeable a d accomodating. Dr. Gangland answered questions in detail.... he even assisted with carrying out some of our items to the front desk due to hands full!Dr. Ganglani is very knowledgeable, professional and readily shared treatment plan and requested pt/ family Input.

This is the best dentist office EVER! I have always had such anxiety about going to the dentist and don’t have the best dental health either but everyone at this office was super friendly. There was zero judgement about what needed to be done. They formed a plan that i was comfortable with and it was done in a timely fashion that met my needs. Dr. Merrill is the BEST dentist I have ever been to. I had every tooth in my mouth pulled and she made it as painless as possible. Dr B is Amazing!!I worried myself silly before my appointment to have one of my back teeth extracted. It was an old root canal that had gone bad and recently broke half the tooth off ! Ughhh !Needless to say I dreaded that thing coming out !Dr B came in and was very sweet and had an upbeat conversation with me, told me it wasn’t a big deal and not to worry. June of 2018 I go in to get a tooth pulled, While sitting in the chair the receptionist come to me and tell me my insurance(BC/BS) doesnt cover the visit or Xrays. I was puzzled Because my insurance company gave me list of offices that was covered and Fresh Dental was on the list. Needless to say they sold me insurance, So I paid a total of $591 for the tooth and insurance. Fast forward I called my insurance and they do cover the visit and Xrays and told the receptionist that and also informed her they didnt receive a fax for the claim which is electronically, Meaning of you sent it they will receive it. Fresh Dental never contacted my insurance they just sold me additional insurance. I go back a few weeks later to get a cleaning and filling, Because now I know Im covered for the cleaning. I pay upfront for the filling that never happened without any explanation, requested a refund 40 minutes later and was told I cant get a refund until my insurance receives the claim. Claim? What claim? I paid cash 40 minutes ago. Needless to say it takes over 5 months to get my refund back for the filling and never received a refund for the additional insurance they sold me. Question how many patients they have done this to? Wish I can give zero stars, Because they dont deserve my 1

I am preganant and has my wisdom tooth coming in really bad! Due to the fact that I am preganant I couldnt take any strong medications nor they couldnt put me to sleep. This wisdom tooth was the worst pain Ive ever experienced amd they did everything possible to make me feel comfortable and prepared to take this tooth out and they did in minutes never thought I would be so strong to take something like this but I did and thanks to Fresh Dental I didnt give up. I believe giving birth will be easy after this experience.

Well first and for most I wasnt able not to put a star because, you shouldnt of recieved any type of star. I have never been to the dentist in North Carolina before but let me tell you. My girlfriend had an operation done to her mouth called fillings in her mouth. She is still in pain from the time she was given the operation, so i took her to the emergency room and they told us she has TMJ (Temporomandibular joint dysfunction) . Mind you she had fillings before and she never even had this dysfunction before. I recently was gonna make an appointment but I think you know I will never in my life ever try to go to this dentist. So If you are trying to find a dentist this isnt the one for you. Im pretty sure this wont be on google for a while so if you can read this at least you received the memo. Have a nice day.
