I originally reached out to Cameron just to get our new vehicle detailed. Camerons knowledge of the business and recommendations convinced me to get the ceramic coating and film protection as well. This is one of the best auto detail work Ive seen in a long time. Cameron said it would take 3 days (because I called the day of and he was able to fit me in with his other work) and it was done in 3 days! He did a great job explaining the warranties and how to protect the car going forward. Well find out how durable the ceramic coat is when our two kids spill their drinks in the back. But so far, so good. Highly recommend taking your vehicle to Cameron.

Just had my 2018 Mustang GT in for the “Pro-Ceramic Package” and an Avery Gloss Black roof wrap. They did an outstanding job on the ceramic coat and brought my paint to life! The roof wrap also came out great! Cam is very thorough with explaining what all they are going to do with the vehicle. The car looks better than ever. Definitely recommend taking your vehicles to them!

After getting some serious hard water spots on my car from a sprinkler at the beach I was about to give up. I had tried a number of different spot remover treatments and needed professional help. Cam did an excellent job looking over the car and providing just the services I needed to deal with the issue. I also decided to have my front windows tinted to blend in with the back seat windows and hatch. Excellent job and the car looks awesome. No more spots and very nice tinted windows. Truly do not understand how this is still a functioning business. The lack of professionalism is astonishing, after doing research and talking with former customers I wouldn’t even let them lay eyes on my car. Talking to the “business’s owner” is like talking to an illiterate child that is willing todo whatever it takes to take your money. If you are wanting your car to come back with damages that will end up costing you more money to repair than the service itself, than this is the place for you.

I am SO happy with the tinting and ceramic coating they did. Cameron was amazing and explained everything I needed. He treated my K5 Kia like it was the Lambo in the next stall. If you want to take really good care of your car, for the long term, there is nowhere better. You wont be disappointed.

I initially had the opportunity to see their work one Saturday when I was running errands. Cam, the owner was detailing a Mercedes SUV and I was passing by when he started. When I was returning home I couldnt believe it was the same car. I immediately asked him for his information. I called him a few weeks later to set up an appointment and he answered the phone and said my name before I began to speak, instantly my thoughts were this guy is a professional. I scheduled my appointment on a Saturday and I received a call from John, the car detail person, thirty minutes from my appointment time to inform me that he was on the way. When he arrived we inspected my car together and he was very forthright about the carpet stains and if he could remove all of it. I should also add that there were several people asking for business cards while he was detailing my car. When the work was completed I could not believe how wonderful my car looked. It has not been that clean since the day I drove it off the lot at the dealership and the beige carpet and seats looked brand new. I must reveal that I am a New Yorker with a type A personality and I am extremely detail-oriented so I would not give a good review if it was not authentic and Personal Touch Auto Detailing is the way to go. If you want to hire someone who will take care of you and make your car look like its brand new, hire these guys now and stop wasting your time searching the internet! Overall great experience and attention to detail. The exterior was showroom ready, and the paint looked brand new again. A few neglected spots on the interior and pick up was a day later than anticipated. Communication was never an issue however, as the staff kept me informed throughout the process. These guys take their craft serious and strive to make things right with the customer.

All I have to say is WOW! Personal Touch Detailing is amazing. Cameron, the owner, takes pride in every bit of work that comes into the shop, whether it’s a motorcycle, car, boat ect! I had my 2008 Corvette Z06 fully corrected and coated with the wheels off package! The car is black! If you don’t know, Black is extremely hard to paint correct because of the way it shows imperfections! Well, Personal Touch Detailing, did an AMAZING job on coating and correcting the whole car! They did a great job with my Honda CR-V! My leather seats were tinged blue from my jeans, and they were able to restore the seats to like-new condition. They also managed to get dog hair out of the carpets, and get lots of bugs out of the grill.

He demands the same attitude and work ethic from his employees. I was given his name by a friend of mine who said that Cameron was very good and that he was a go getter. I took my graphite blue 2017 911 Porsche Carrera S to him for the ceramic coating. He was like a kid in a candy store when I showed up and started talking about what he could do with my car. By the time we were done talking, I was also like a kid in a candy store. I left the car with him for 5 days. I got the lifetime application and it came with a lot of goodies. I took my car in for a 1 step paint correction and it came out subpar, yet i have spoken with the owner frequently and he is very passionate about his line of work he then offered to personally clean the car himself and even did a second step paint correction on my trunk and hood. There was still some paint swirls only because the one step rids of 30% of swirls. I then later took my honda in to fix the wrap on my mirrors from a previous detailer. Not only was the wrap seamless but I had also went to the mountains two days prior and when I received the car back the car was washed and clean inside and out! They go above and beyond! Highly recommended!

Sadly, I was underwhelmed with Camerons lack of professionalism. I called for a detail and he answered the phone, This is Cameron. and I thought I had dialed a wrong number and asked if I was calling the detail business and he said that I had. I asked if I called him on his cell phone and he asked me what I needed. I told him I was wondering why he would answer a phone without identifying his business name. He told me he didnt have time to argue with me, which I wasnt doing, and he hung up on me. He was abrupt, rude and lacked any measure of professionalism. Im glad I wont be doing business with him or his company and YOU SHOULDNT EITHER.

I just want to start by saying that Cameron did an amazing job, gave me a great deal and acted very professional! I brought in a 2017 Ford F-250 Platinum that I purchased from an auction and it was stupid dirty. He went beyond my expectations on detailing the truck. The truck had more dirt in it than ever expected so he canceled a dealership detail just so he can completely get everything cleaned out to his high standard, which I know must’ve cost him money. That just goes to show that he’s all about quality over quantity. In result he’s got a repeat customer and I highly recommend him!!

What I am about to say may sound generic but they are the best car detailing service I have ever experienced. Cameron and his colleague paid attention to every detail when cleaning my car. First perk: They came to my house to do the detailing, which was convenient They washed, vacuumed, buffed, waxed, etc every part of my car. It’s a 2006 and I didn’t think it could look this good. Cameron is a super detail oriented and friendly person, and so is his crew. He was even nice enough to give me advice and show me his processes with explanations so I understood what was going one He cleaned up and removed things I didn’t even know could be removed (stains and stuff). Would recommend to anyone if they want a pro job.

Called to get price quote and spoke with Kevin? I could have misheard the name but the photo shows the number I called which is your office number. He was very short and before he gave any information he immediately said were a week out and if you can’t wait I won’t be able to help you. I said ok but what does the pricing usually run? He said $125 and I said ok great thank you. I said I was going out of town next week and would call back next week to book a time when I would be in town and he didn’t say anything and hung up. I’m sure he does great work but horrible customer service!

Took my 2019 Nissan GT-R in for a full wrap and the customer service level was exceptional the manager Cameron would call me everyday and walk me threw the process of what’s been done to my vehicle until the day of completion . Just recently had my project car, a BMW 335i, detailed by these gentlemen and I am more than happy with the results. I am the only one who works on this car so I can be picky with who I let touch it. After seeing the outstanding work these guys did on one of my co worker’s cars, I felt comfortable with giving them a go on mine. Now this car probably hasn’t been washed for probably around 4 months, so I honestly felt guilty putting this burden on Personal Touch Detailing, but to my surprise he was actually excited to get started! They came to my job and did it all there while I carried on with my work day. This wasn’t a rushed job or a “just good enough” job, they went the extra mile, spending ALL day to make sure the car was spotless, and even looked out with some extra treatments and advice to help me maintain my car in the future.
