Zack came to my house to detail a SUV. It came out amazing. He did an awesome job. Every spot, crumb, dog hair was cleaned out of the interior. It was spectacular. The outside of the vehicle was shined back to looking new again. I have used Detailing by Tim for years and I will keep coming back. From the time I dropped my car off till picking up the customer service was outstanding. When I picked my car up it looked amazing! They manage to get scratches out that I didnt even realize would come out. They also gave me a military discount which is a huge thing for a lot of Vets that served. As a vet that makes me feel appreciated. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

Im about as picky as they come when it comes to my cars and I will let only Tims folks detail them. Their attention to detail is unmatched and the quality of scheduling and service is as good as any Ive experienced anywhere. Special shout out to Taylor who is our go-to guy. Very disappointed. Subpar exterior detail results. Dont be misled by the good reviews. The complaints I have are basic cleaning 101 so it is unbelievable that they handed my car back over in such a condition.1) They did not clean the wheel wells on my car although they specifically pointed out they would be cleaned as a part of the service provided. The wheel wells were filthy after they handed the car back over to me. See pic below.2) They did not put any kind of dressing on the exterior plastics. See pic below.Bottom line, the results were not worth the price. These were fundamental shortcomings that go against what this shop is supposed to be all about; i.e. detail. No TLC here; more like a quick money grab for the shop.*Follow up: Tim, the owner, contacted me after he returned from out of town the following week. He was not in the shop when my appointment occurred. He apologized, refunded my money in full and offered to redo my car.

I wish there were more stars to give. I cant begin to describe my level of satisfaction with this business. They went above and beyond every step of the way, going so far as to help with getting issues resolved that ultimately they couldve just ignored. This entire team is beyond amazing and, the job they did, coupled with how they treated me as a customer, has made me a customer for life. I will honestly sing their praises from the highest hills as long as I am alive to do so.I took my brand new car to Detailing by Tim to apply lifetime ceramic (Ceramic Pro 9H). In inspecting the vehicle, they found a myriad of manufacturer defects and went the extra mile to help me get the issues resolved. Without detailing just how far they went, I can say that at every turn, what they did for me was beyond any expectations I had.In the end, my vehicle looks amazing and is protected for life which is good, because there is no doubt I will be a customer for just as long. Thank you Brian and Bryan for everything you did to make sure, in the end, I left happy.

So PSA: Detailing by Tim does not like to clean dirty vehicles. Called the shop a few days ago. Set up appointment for today, told them my make and model. We agreed on price $350 plus tax they were nice enough to give me a 10% veterans discount which I thought was awesome . They called this morning said it was too cold outside was it okay for them to pick it up and bring to shop, I said of course. Picked it up called me 20 minutes later said Jeep was too dirty and muddy it will cost me $200 more I told them that was too much please bring it back. Nothing on their website and in no conversation was I asked about how dirty my Jeep was. I mean this is what they do for business. Now I understand their site does say starting and $289 but we agreed on $350 I was fine with that. Excuse any spelling or grammatical errors.

My experience with Tim and the guys working here was fantastic! I went here in March of 2019 to get the underbody of my car cleaned because I went into a ditch but anyway, the job they did was phenomenal because let me tell you it was a ton of work. I felt the quote was fair for the job they needed to do and after seeing the work done I couldnt have been more satisfied.Tim was super courteous and so was his crew they all were very professional and took care of my car. I had Ceramic Pro two years ago on my 2006 911. I still cant believe how amazing it looks. I got the lifetime warranty and believe me when I say my car is a daily driver. I have a three hour round trip to work four days a week. This process made the paint look like it just came off the line in Stuttgart...maybe better. These guys are excellent at what they do.

They were able to take a top level scratch out in under an hour. Looks like it never happened. Super nice guys!

My mom bought a pre-owned vehicle that had a lingering smoke smell. We brought it to detailing by Tim and they used an ozone machine to help alleviate the smell and the car was exceptionally clean. We will be returning in December to get my car done as well!

Absolutely detailed interior clean! I had stains on my cloth seats stuck there for years. I would clean, then after it dries, most of the time it would look worst; as if I never cleaned it. But the staff at detailing by Tim managed to get out every stain in every nook and cranny! My heavens!, I didn’t recognize my own car! Now it looks like the day I bought it, 6 years ago! And they came to my home to clean the car! But due to the icy weather, they picked it up, and returned it spotless. Top notch service! Highly recommended

Our Porsche had a spill in the rear seat. We took it to get it cleaned. We not only ended up getting it cleaned but we ended up detailing both our SUVs. It looks like very bright, shiny and new now. One of my friend wants to get both of his car detailed looking at our car. We had a great experience and love the way it looks now.

I have a 2007 silver Lexus ES 350. It was badly in need of paint correction and there were some dents and the headlights were foggy. Tim and his staff were able to correct the paint to like new, removed the dents and make my lights safe to drive again. The customer service is outstanding and it is easy to see why he has been in business for so long. The results are incomparable to any shop, anywhere. Tim is upfront and honest with his estimates. His staff is very skilled and knowledgeable. I love the mobile option for when I cant make it there myself. His new shop however is state of the art and most impressive!

Very professional facility and people. I am extremely impressed with their ability to correct the paint on my 12-year old Corvette. It had major swirls and light scratches that they were able to take out. The quality and level of detailing was also top notch. It was also coated with the Ceramic Pro coating and is slick and shiny! My family and I have had several thing done to our cars by their team including detailing all the way to ceramic coating. They always do an insanely meticulous job (and I admit - I am OCD about the level of clean my car should be). I had accidently ran my Jeep through what I thought was a puddle of tar come to find out it was black paint and it was speckled all over my silver colored Jeep, the front grill, hood and passenger side were covered. Took it to Tim and they were able to get all the paint removed. It was a long day for them but in the end they had my jeep looking like brand new inside and out. It looked better then when I first drove it off the lot when I bought it. These guys worked so hard. Thanks Tim and to all the guys at Tims Detailing. Very Highly recommend them

Excellent work, my Audi Q5 looks showroom new, exactly as I had wanted. Superb convenience, extremely reasonable price, impeccable timing & super quick job makes them the Champion. The only consideration, if I have to be critical, is if they could provide some on the spot resolution to smoothen out some scratches, would be the icing on the cake. In short, I will highly recommend them to my family and friends and will look no further for my car detailing.

These guys are AMAZING! I brought them a Toyota Camry that belonged to a smoker for 15 years, asking them to detail and deodorize it. They finished the work well under the timeline they gave me, and the work they did was amazing. I brought them what i called a rolling ashtray and now, you would never know the car was smoked in! I could not be happier with their work or their pricing. Working with Tim and his team could not have been an easier process. Prices were fair, communication was great and Taylor did an incredible job detailing my wifes car. I wish I took before and after photos, but anyone with a toddler knows how dirty your interior can get. These guys got out every stain inside and made it look like new. They were also able to buff out almost all of the scrapes and scratches my wife had put on her car in the last couple of years. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I drive halfway across Charlotte to get my Jeep detailed here. The attention to detail and honest customer-focused advice are superb. They can take my Jeep after months of off-road driving, mud inside and out, and make it look showroom new. You wont find a better detailing service for such a solid value anywhere else in Metrolina.

Outrageous Quite for RV detailing. Three year old camper with light oxidation, I was quoted $1,225. Absolutely over priced from what Ive paide in the past. I suppose his wax could be made of gold, who knows.

I have a black 2008 Nissan 350Z with 60k miles. After a contractor inadvertently scratched my hood with a sandy hose I looked up detailers near me. Detailing by Tim had great reviews and he was very prompt with communication. I had a 1:30 appointment for exterior scratch removal and detail. Taylor and Justin called and said they could come by early. Showed up at 11:15am and got right to work. Impressed. My car and rims look new and the car is 10 years old. Tim has tinted my last 5 cars. He does a great job at a reasonable price. He guarantees his work but I have a never had a problem with any of my tinting. Not even one bubble. He also does windows in houses and businesses.

Mobile manager Bryan came out to our place (exactly on time) and did an amazing job deep cleaning a 1971 Volkswagen bus we are in the process of restoring. He listened carefully to what we wanted and really delivered. In the end, we had asked for a buffing job, but he instead recommended a different service that would be better for our vehicle--a very honest and appreciated gesture. My 2005 YukonXL needed some TLC mainly because of mold growing on the roof and oxidation. I googled for a detail shop near me and Tim’s Detailing popped up in the list. I read the reviews and decided to check them out. After a quick call to them speaking with Tim I took my Yukon to them. They took it in immediately. When I came back a few hours later in the day the Yukon was done. And I mean done right. They remediated the mold and black spots on the roof and cleaned up all the paint. They cleaned the black plastics all around and even cleaned and painted the wheel wells. The chrome looked great with the polish they put on it and I just love the work. They even polished the rims for me.Over the past few weeks since I’ve had people ask if it was a new car and even had some offers to purchase it at gas stations.Tim and his crew did a great job and went the extra mile on the things I didn’t even expect. I’ll be back with another car soon Tim.

Tim and his team did a stand up job on both my vehicles.I had a truck that had been beat up working in North Dakota mines, Tim not only removed all the grim/over spray paint, but also did some touch up paint on the under-body, wheel wheels, and misc trim that made it look brand new. Interior looked flawless and my engine bay looked incredible.I recently bought a Ford Focus from a local Ford dealership, who cleaned the interior prior to me picking it up. They left TONS of soap soaked into the carpet, that made a sticky, smelly residue on all the fabric/carpet. Tim and his team made the interior smell and look great and removed all the excess soap.Highly recommend Detailing by Tim.
