Jeff is so incredibly nice and honest. It can be hard to find a mechanic that isnt degrading or trying to trick you into paying for things you dont need done. But Jeff has always been super nice and explains things in a way that is informative and not demeaning at all. He always tells me what he thinks is worth fixing right now and what can wait awhile. One time I even called him from Raleigh because my car was acting up and he talked me through fixing it myself so that I could make it back home. Also, I was previously getting my oil changes at Jiffy Lube and something seemed to always go wrong with my car after taking it there. I am so glad Nisstech was recommended to me by a friend. I seriously only want to own Nissans forever just so that I can always take my car to him!

Jeff and his team are kind efficient and they explain exactly what is wrong with your car and how much it will be before they do anything. I love the transparency! I dont know a lot about cars, but they take their time to make sure I understand the repair and they do it in a very kind and patient way. My 2008 Infiniti EX35 with 82,000 miles just conked. I called AAA to tow my car to Infiniti of Charlotte and the truck driver told us to check out Nisstech. On a whim, I decided to have my 13 year old car serviced there. I’ll be doggoned if they didn’t treat my car right, and were speedy quick and spot on with repairs. Saved myself a good bit of cash and I’m back on the road again. Made me a believer and they will definitely be my first choice the next time I need repair.

Jeff is the best! I was told by the dealer I needed to replace a part over 2 yrs ago and I took my car to Jeff and he said all he sees is normal wear and tear nothing needed to be replaced. No frills, straight up, heres whats wrong, heres the cost. Super nice, super reasonable price. Really wanna give 5 stars but no one there was wearing a mask...so I had to take a star away from it. Wont make me not go here however because its so hard to find a mechanic thats not trying to nickle and dime you and tell you things wrong thats not messed up. I recommend them 100% if you have a Nissan.

Replaced front driver power window regulator. Ordered part when I scheduled service. Arrived on service date and part was there. Waited approx 90 minutes and service was complete. Got referred through facebook. They say do it once right, or end up doing it twice. I have looked around for a good mechanic for years. Finally I found one. The guys at Nisstech know what they are doing. Sometimes there are problems that no mechanic can figure out, well these guys can figure out your problem and solve it for a reasonable price. They turned a 1300$ quote from someone else into a 200$ solution. Will be going back for years to come!

If you have a Nissan, don’t bring it anywhere else for work. Jeff is honest and very knowledgeable and has probably seen every issue related to Nissan. Brought my sons Xterra in when it wouldn’t rev past 3k rpms. Jeff diagnosed the bad plug wires and the bad distributor, even though there were no codes. I will never bring it anywhere else (even with a 40 minute drive from Rock Hill).

I called them on my way from Texas and got an appointment cause my Nissan dealership told me I needed struts and shocks on my 2014 Altima. Id wager Jeff is the MOST experienced NISSAN specialized car person in Charlotte (and I didnt meet the co-owner). Go here for any maintenance or repair (or a used car inspection like me) on a Nissan or Infiniti and feel at ease.

Wanted an inspection before purchasing a car in Charlotte, but did not want to drive out before ensuring the car was mechanically sound. Jeff took the time to meticulously inspect the car, and patiently explained the written report that was emailed to me over the phone. As a result, I was able to get a failing power steering belt replaced before driving the car home. Had I not gotten the inspection the belt could have snapped and damaged the other system belts. I have paid for inspections in the past, and never received this level of service and detail. If I ever need major service on my 300zx in the future, I will definitely come back.

We have been taking our G37 to Jeff and team at Nisstech for years and would never go anywhere else. Jeff is honest and his prices are fair. We were on our way to Wilmington and my car was not wanting to start so we stopped by to see if They could check the battery. Jeff got our car in immediately and said the battery was fine. He told us we might want to keep our car charger out of the cigarette lighter unless we need to use it. He also told us to call 1800 crank it if the battery should die on us while out of town. Went to get a brake inspection since I thought I was due for a brake job. Took my car to Jeff and informed me that the pads are not worn out yet. Went in for a 100k mile workup on my 2012 Fontier. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. My truck accelerates quicker, shifts smoother, and sounds like I just drove it off the lot. The reviews don’t lie, Nisstech is the place to go; I’d pick them 10 times out of 10 over going to the dealership. Reasonable price and a great group of guys who know their Nissans.

I wouldnt go anywhere else in the Charlotte area. I got a quote from the Nissan Dealership a couple years ago to fix my gear shift that was stuck for over a grand and Nisstech informed me there was just one piece that needed to be fixed and took care of the issue for a couple hundred dollars (and they even apologized that it cost so much while explaining the labor was just very intensive)! Ever since, I didnt go anywhere else until I moved out of the area. The staff here is incredibly friendly and super helpful. I never had to worry about being taken advantage of or of them recommending unnecessary work. I completely trust this shop!

I recently decided to give Nisstech a try after having the Infiniti dealership work with my 12 G37 for the last 5 years. While the folks at the dealership were always good to work with, Ive had one too many issues with the brakes to keep going back to the dealership. Jeff got me worked in pretty quickly and the cost was less than what I would have spent at the dealership. For ~$1400 they replaced a rotor, turned another, replaced brake pads, replaced a wheel bearing, and did the 90K service which included a transmission, coolant, and power steering flush. Thanks to them, I love my G37 again and look forward to keeping it awhile. Jeff is very knowledgable about the history of Nissan/Infiniti and yes for those of us who remember, Datsuns! We have had the pleasure of having Jeff and his team repair my 04 Infiniti QX56 since we purchased in 2004.
