Alex did a brilliant job on a very challenging appliance repair project that required rewiring and new parts. I came home late on a wednesday night to find out my refrigerator had bought the farm. These guys were able to come over at 8AM the next day to take a look, and they were able to fix it with some new parts same-day. At 200$ for the repair, I couldnt be happier

I removed a microwave/convection oven door from a double oven to paint. I was unable to get the door back on because the torsion spring hinges could not be locked in the out position like on a standard oven door.I called Alex and within two hours he was at my house and thirty minutes later the door was back on the microwave/convection oven.Nice guy, solid work, fair prices, I would recommend.

Great customer service. After I called he was at my house within the hour after another company cancelled on me at the last minute. Diagnosed the problem quickly. Fixed my dryer in a timely manner and even fixed the problem I always had with my dryer door for no extra charge. Will definately be calling them if I have any more appliance issues.

Well, my front load washer gave up on me. Called Samsung, they were going to send Tekniton to figure what is wrong in a week, then get the parts in another week. Called NC Appliance and they were able to come over and troubleshoot if it’s the motor or not (the only part under Samsung warranty at this point) in about an hour.Very professional, careful, diligent and didn’t just throw parts at it. Fixed for less than half $ of what Samsung/Tekniton we’re going to charge for “show up”/call only! and more importantly- the same day.He used OEM Samsung parts too.Highly recommend!Thanks Alex!
