They scheduled a repairman for my bosch dryer. The technician was on time he has the part needed to be replaced so my dryer got fixed in just an hour and they didnt need to come back. They tested and the dryer is running great!! Happy and will recommend!

I made an appointment and paid for a technician to come out and service my stove top to see what the issue was with it. The technician called me 45 minutes before the appointment but i was unable to answer because i was at work.i call back 10 minutes later and he doesnt answer or have enough room in his inbox to leave a message.he calls back almost 2 hours later so that i can reschedule the appointment. Fast forward to the rescheduled day only for him to call me saying he was going to a LITTLE late. He hasnt shown up a hour later and i have to call him 10 more time just to get a hold of him jist so he can give me excusrs and tell me that he is still 15 minutes away. The technician was incredibly rude and unprofessional.

I had a repair May 5 2016 which should be under warranty. Ive called 3 times between yesturday and today and have been promised a return call but no one calls. I have tons of food spoiling because of this and they have my money from the original repair. Same symptom as in May, yet they ordered brand new parts.
