The tow truck driver Cody got there super quick and and got us hooked up and home in no time! Definitely affordable and one of the cheaper ones around! Will most definitely use them again anytime I need a tow! They will also let someone pay over the phone for the tow!! Thanks so much!!

My vehicle was disabled on the side of the road and I called roadside assistance. They sent a tow truck through Autobot Towing and a driver named Cody was dispatched to assist me. Cody was there in no time at all and despite having a leg that had been injured a year ago and he had only been walking again for several months, he performed his duties very well. He was very professional as well as friendly. I would definitely recommend Autobot Towing to anybody in need of assistance with a disabled vehicle. Great company, great staff, and quick to assist.

I was on my way home from work when I shredded a belt. Matthew came out, hooked my truck up and got it to the repair shop. He was able to not only be on time but was even a little earlier than the ETA. Matt is a very friendly and personable guy who made sure all my questions were answered. My truck was in good hands with Matt.

This is one of those KC days when the car stalls because of the heat. The insurance company quoted a wait of 45-75 minutes. Mike (night time) was there in 15 minutes!!! With other tow companies, weve had to wait closer to 2 hours for a tow. Thank you Autobot Towing and Mike for getting us on the road again.

I was hooked up with Autobot Towing through my insurance companys roadside assistance. We have an all wheel drive car and the driver, Ronnie, came to help us. After spending several minutes with me trying to figure out the electrical shift, he was not comfortable moving the car. He the contacted his dispatch to get a different truck rather than possibly damaging my vehicle. They then promptly sent Dakota to get the car. He was able to load the car and get it to the dealer no problem and with no disturbance to us. Thank you so much to both of you for assisting us in the bad situation!

This business is a complete money grab. They were waiting for us to park in an unidentifiable spot and towed us with 10 minutes. They had our car for less than one hour and charged a 30 dollar storing fee for one day. They would not accept credit card without a 5% fee. Very shady business and would not recommend them to anyone.

I was stuck and stranded after going through a horrible domestic situation with someone where my tires both had damage done to them I didn’t know what I was going to do frustrated and crying again stranded on the side of the road one of the Auto Bot trucks pulled up out of nowhere and asked could he help ... I didn’t have any money what so ever and instead of the worker ( who’s name is Bryan ) leaving me stranded he took the time to help free of charge.
