They always do my taxes but I didnt have an appointment they got me in an out in a timely fashion and they are always nice and courteous and it wasnt crowded

I have been going here for years and Connie is great, but someone else did my taxes this year and didnt even file my state! Now, I have to go back in AGAIN because this person did not do her job smh I also feel as though my return is missing something because I am getting less back this year then ever before. I dont think Ill be using this office again.

Our Family has had to endour some very complex taxes, mostly from construction type employment across various states or from investments. Connie has gave us a ton of confidence and has earned our trust with taking care of us over the last 3 years. We highly recommend her for anyone that wants to feel food every year about getting the most out of taxes and being sure you are aligned with doing the right thing.

Don’t do business with these people or any of Jackson hewitt! When it came time for everyone to get their stimulus checks, they failed us! They didn’t inform us that the checks wouldn’t be going onto the cards that we got our refunds on! Horrible horrible business! They have lost me as a customer!!! (10 years)

I love going to JH. I have been with them for five years now and the service is awesome. My return is always the max and accurate. Going to another tax place would never be my option. My husband and I move and found another location and the service is even better. I would and have referred family and friends to JH. Thanks again to the hardworking people that work there.

Well Jackson hewitt has lost a customer of 10 years!You guys have done a terrible job of keeping your customers informed of the stimulus and the funds going onto the American Express serve cards! No care in the world for your customers and you all care about is money! There will be plenty of customers lost because of this!

The experience was horrible the customer service was bad they are unprofessional and unorganized. They skipped a lady that had been waiting 4 hours with an appointment for another person who was a friend of the manager Shannon. He was made aware of the issue but did nothing. Will never come here again.

Was very disappointed this year I lost my serve card from last year instead of my tax person asking me she decided to just push submit!!! 😡 I ended up waiting almost 3 weeks for a new card because of her mistake!!!! 😡😡

Never go any place else. They did my taxes two years ago and four months later I.R.S sent letter saying taxes were filed wrong and i owed money and they would garnish my wages if not takin care of. I went up to jackson hewitt. They got on the phone sent emails and showed i.r.s they were wrong and i walked out 15 min later with problem resolved
