Al was able to fit me in his schedule the day after I called. My dryer wasn’t heating but he pin pointed the problem in little to no time and was able to fix it immediately. I feel that the fee was very reasonable for the job and he was very nice.

Can,t really comment i didn,t get to use them I was without a refrigerator and was desperate to get one and he was booked up I went and bought another refrigerator but I will keep them in mind when I need them.

Ive recently had the opportunity to utilize a locally owned business and decided to fix my appliances instead of scrapping them and buying new. I found Als Appliance online here in Independence and gave em a call...the serviceman came right out and fixed my dryer in very timely and professional manner. He knew what he was doing and exactly how to fix it. A couple days later something else went wrong with my washer and like clockwork he was there fixing that machine too. Now my washer and dryer are in great condition and my family can get back to wearing freshly washed and dried clothes.Thank you Als Appliance Repair

My stove quit working so I called Al’s Appliance Repair. The tec came out the next day and had it working in ten minutes and only charged me the price of the part and the 35 dollar trip charge. It works better now than it ever did! Since then he has fixed my ice machine, washer, and a belt on my dryer. The tec is very professional and you can tell he knows what he’s doing! He is always on time and does good work for a good price. I will definitely call him again for any type of appliance repair.

Came to fix my ice maker in the ftidge. He bought the recommended part, installed it, paid $150...no ice!. Called back for him to come and check it...never saw him again. Still no ice.Al doesnt own this place anymore. Randy is the new owner and not a very good tech. Takes your money then makes a run for it! Beware.

My husband was very pleased with the service. My oven works like new again, maybe even better than before! Very knowledgeable in what he does and very honest. Thanks AL for getting me back to baking! :)

They came out and fixed my refrigerator very quickly and for a lot less than I expected I have recommended to all my friends and family.

I called to have my dishwasher repaired. Randy Sartain came to my residence and worked on the dishwasher. He stated it needed a drain pump replaced. He ordered one and came back out to my residence and installed the new pump. It turns out the pump was not faulty and Mr. Sartain stated I needed a new circuit board and he would get a price on one and order it . Mr. Sartain disappeared like a fart in wind, never to call me back nor even check on ordering a new circuit board. I might also add that Mr. Sartain stated he never has worked on my popular brand dishwasher before and seemed to have difficulty even figuring how to disassemble the dishwasher. He seemed to be very un-organized and not having a clue on what he was doing. Use great caution when dealing with Als appliance.
