I purchased a Groupon for service with Modern Pest Management. I have been calling for the past 4 weeks to schedule the service. Each time I call, the receptionist says she will leave Mike message and he will call me back to schedule service. Guess what? Mike has NEVER called back. Not once in 4 weeks. I just want to receive the service I already purchased.I had a few ants in my kitchen, so I bought Terro and took care of it myself. I would like to get the service done so the ants dont come back. This is ridiculous.
