John came out to treat a mouse problem this morning. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. He arrived on time. Upon inspection and after a bit of conversation about what has been going on he determined that the problem probably wasn’t mice, as he did not find any signs of an infestation. He pointed out a few potential future problems I may have, signs of carpenter bees, loose siding, and a weak seal on the garage door. I really appreciated his attention to detail and the information he gave me to protect my home from critter infestations, and I appreciate his honesty. We need more guys like John!
