Patti is fantastic she has so very kind and helpful I would recommend the center to anyone that is looking for low cost screenings mine wasn’t ordered by an employer or court I just wanted to know I was clean. And I felt she was happy for me also thanks so much for making my day….and I only paid 25.00 dollars for such a big reward.

Patty is very accommodating and helpful. I am in treatment court 4 hours from Independence which requires random drug screening but in town for the holidays. I was very pleased with my experience at AllCare Drug Testing. I can be a hard critic of emergency care places and the people employed by them. Combine that attitude with an innate crankiness when I’m not feeling at all well and the result can be much less than pleasant. This time first time there and as walk in patient an was in an out of there . It was good to be treated with professionalism and care. When I say the doctor and the Nurse made me feel that I was in safe hands and even made me smile when I left, then you can believe they are the best. I am truly grateful and won’t get that awful feeling of dread the next time I need to go get my physical or drug test again. I appreciated their follow-up and willingness to answer questions also. A big thank you to Patti!!

The manager David Bier-Smith who runs this facility is both unprofessional and lacks average intelligence. His facility is very dirty from the stained carpet to the stained toilet seats, both that have obviously not been cleaned in a year or so. They do not give out test results to the patient, which is a violation of that persons constitutional rights and if he was even at the high school level of education would know that he has no right to hold test results from that person who supplied the urine. If you cant educate yourself on the current HIPPA statues and or keep your facility clean, than you need to give the job to someone who can handle the job, work with people, and run a vacuum.
