I had to come here to get fingerprints for a job and it was so quick and easy. My appt was at 11:10am and I got there 10minutes am early. They had me in and out by 11:08!!!!! David was very fast and professional. 10/10 recommend

This place is the best place if you ever need to get a drug test done. Me and my co driver went and did CDL drug screens on Friday. They had us in and out of there in less than 20 minutes. Samantha was awesome handling the screening and collection process. So nice and helpful, she deserves a raise as good as she was. I absolutely love going here for drug screen because they are quick and no sitting around sick people at a clinic and waiting hours. If you need a Quest drug screen done this is the place no matter where your employer is trying to send you tell them you are going here instead. You wont be disappointed.

Female agent checked me in attitude from start like she hated her job. Watched how she talked to her coworker same bad attitude she said loudly I already know when he went to her. His attitude matched hers while processing my fingerprints he changed his demeanor towards end. I only was at this location because an employer required me to go there next time I will go to one I’ve gone when I was self pay on NW Vivian Road way better attitudes professional. I will never come to this location again! After me I heard a guy checking in other people he sounded nicer his tone was much better. Your company don’t need to hire people to represent ur company who act like they hate they job!

If you act trashy, get mad, and yell like you should be put before everyone else, you will get to go in front of the other respectful, normal humans who have been waiting for their turn in the order they arrived. This is beyond frustrating and unacceptable. Completely unprofessional. This is NOT acceptable. I was next in line and they took 4 people back before me due to them creating a scene. They should have put a stop to that from the beginning instead of catering to them and putting them ahead of everyone else.

I took a tb test for my new job and they not once said they would call me and they never stated what day to come back. They are pinning this on me when I am not in this field and was not aware of this testing. Do not recommend for testing !! but the gentleman who did my fingerprints was very kind and helpful ! One of the ladies behind the front desk was talking very poorly about something in her personal life that made me very uncomfortable and she was so rude to me as well as other customers.

David that did Identigo fingerprint was SOOO fast. I was a walk-in and was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes! Thank you David. I thought I was going to be sitting for at least an hour.

David, Malynsia, Shannon did a fabulous job of getting us in and out they were very polite and super efficient. I brought in 10 employees with walk-in and no appointment and they moved us through fingerprinting and drug testing very quickly.

Staff was very accommodating and professional. My blood draw was painless and quick. I would highly recommend coming here for any testing needs.

The manger Michelle is very unprofessional as a manger she has no respect for people asking questions. Employees themselves are unorganized and results will be lost and retested multiple times.

Easy to find on second floor in the Noland Office Plaza. The office is completely remodeled for perfect testing setup. I was impressed that they did nearly every kind of drug test and health test at the same place. I got a flu shot because it was easy and fast. Good place...

Test Smartly Labs visited our workplace today to do employment drug testing for our staff. They came out to our business to offer flu shots and perform mandatory drug testing for employees with their mobile testing unit. The technicians paid attention to detail and were both friendly and efficient. Id recommend Test Smartly if youre looking for mobile testing or flu shots!

Our company uses ARCpoint Labs for our drug testing. We have been very impressed. The team there is awesome, they get candidates in quickly. They also upload results almost immediately.
