Customer service is horrible, everyone is confused. I would say more, but I don’t want to get into trouble

Ryan was very professional, helpful and pleasant. I had to be fitted for a crowboot and he took the time to cast for it and explained what its purpose was and how it worked etc. They filed insurance for it and showed Hubby how to get it on me once they had it made. I highly recommend to anyone who needs adaptive or amputee appliances.

I cant recommend this clinic. I have literally been waiting for weeks to get in. They have put me on hold for long periods of time and told me that they didnt have any paperwork from my doctor. Then the doctors office refuted that and then when I called again they admitted they had it but... they still needed something else. The doctor kept sending them things but I heard nothing from them. I am still waiting.

I have had a couple of interactions with the Hanger Clinic. Everything is very positive and supportive. Would recommend to people needing orthotic and prosthetic supplies and care. Staff are excellent 👍!!

I had a positive experience with Jonathans help who communicated with my dr. and insurance to get my correct compression stockings ordered and delivered to me very quickly and in the middle of Holidays too..Thank you!

Very rude and non caring personnel. Uncooperative to help my friend when contacted about getting appointment for new diabetic shoes. Normally he uses the Hanger Clinic in North Kansas City MO but we currently live in Independence and felt this location would be more convenient due to transportation issues. The first appointment he was 15 minutes late due to transportation issues and noone was available to assist him and the Afro-American lady was very rude to him. Today we returned at 3:45p for 4pm appt they were more cooperative he will return in a few weeks to get sboes. The staff was much more helpful to him.,

Hanger over the years I have been a customer have went above and beyond helping me with my Diabetic foot Challenges I would recommend them to anyone with Diabetic foot challenges. JW
